Cattle Drive — Attraction in Dallas

Absolutely Jaw-Dropping A Must-See in Dallas! I was not prepared for how massive the cattle statues were. I actually had to ask if that was their actual size and yes, apparently they are! The attention to detail in every sculpture is unreal. I have seen a lot of art installations, but this one truly blew me away. The entire statue garden is way bigger than I imagined, true to the saying, everything really is bigger in Texas. It’s incredible how the sculptures flow down the hill and through the water feature. It feels like you are right there in the middle of a cattle drive. Each sculpture has its own unique character, and the entire scene just pulls you in. It far exceeded my expectations. Sehr schön angelegte, agil dargestellte Viehtrieb-Szene: ca. 15 Rinder und zwei Cowboys (zu Pferde) werden als lebensgrosse Skulpturen (Bronze?) dargestellt: die Herde wird in einer Kulisse mit Wasserfall und Abhang dargestellt, während die Rinder im Galopp durch eine Furt getrieben werden. Sehr realistisch! Wirkt am besten, wenn man früh morgens oder gegen Abend da ist, weil erstens die Stimmung dann am besten rüberkommt und (besonders) keine anderen Besucher zwischen der Skulpturen herumlaufen!
