My experience at the Dallas Convention Center was underwhelming and disappointing. The entire facility is in serious need of a remodel—from worn-out tables and chairs to parts of the building that clearly need maintenance and repair. It feels like management is turning a blind eye to the condition of the venue.
While some staff were friendly, their enforcement of rules was inconsistent. It was frustrating to see certain guests given more leniency than others, which created confusion and an unprofessional atmosphere.
The biggest issue by far was the condition of the bathrooms. They were absolutely unacceptable—filthy, foul-smelling, with broken stall doors and a stench that made the entire restroom unbearable. It honestly felt worse than a sewer. It's clear the facilities are not being properly maintained, and management doesn't seem to be addressing the problem.
Unless major improvements are made, particularly in cleanliness and infrastructure, I cannot recommend this venue. The bathroom situation alone is enough to make guests...
