A neighbor of my recommended this business to me and I thought, itās convenient, close, great reviews and black owned, SIGN ME UP! And she also said that they do walk ins! Amazing! I work during the day from home and found their contact info on Google. I figured Iād call them to see if they had any availability or if they were accepting walk-ins that day. I tried contacting the establishment all day and it would just ring and you werenāt able to leave voicemail. So after, I decided to walk over and see if they were available. I was greeted by a sweet woman and she explained to me that they were getting their phone lines switched and she apologized for the inconvenience and we scheduled two services for the following day. The next day came, I was running a little late for my appt because I was finishing up an appt I scheduled prior. She advised I would still be able to do one service and we can speak about the missed service when I got in. I arrived for my pedicure appt and was taken care of by Crystal, who failed to mention all of the āadd onā prices for the service. When I got there, she showed me a board that provided pedicure prices, I selected the Haus Deluxe which was $50. I ended up paying $90 for my pedicure! She NEVERRRRRRRRRRRR disclosed any add on prices including gel on, which was either $10 or $15 dollars to take off and an additional 15 to put gel back on. So an additional 40 dollars that was not disclosed to me. I really did not like that. ALSO! There is added gratuity, which I also had no idea about. I came from the service industry so Ialways tip when service is great but I wish I was informed of that as well. Just to sum this up, let them know what you want BEFORE you start the service and let them advise you of the price before...
Ā Ā Ā Read moreHonestly extremely disappointed because the reviews were so good. I went here because on their social media and reviews everything looked so nice. The tech had no interest in the video/pictures of what I wanted, it was a reverse ombrĆ© with a neutral and a periwinkle. She asked me to pick out a color, I found one but apparently it wasnāt a gel so she went to grab the gel version but she came back with a lavender. I mentioned it and she told me I was wrong and that it was the same color. I chose to ignore it because that wasnāt the most important detail to me. During the manicure portion she cut me on 3 different fingers. Then she started the polish portion. She was doing something completely different than what I wanted. Putting the lavender all over my nails. I tried to show her the video again because maybe only 1/4 of the nail was actually color. Still no interest in what I was saying. She finished the test nail and I told her I didnāt like it. We ended up deciding to just go with my preferred basic polish because she obviously couldnāt give me what I was asking for. She half way removed my lavender polish that she put all over. So now Iām stuck with dirty looking nails with chunks of lavender under all of the nude and painful little cuts all...
Ā Ā Ā Read moreI just relocated to Dallas from Pittsburgh and was in search of a great nail salon. I found Nail Haus on Google and they had great reviews so I was excited to try them. My nail technician,Brandon was extremely welcoming and friendly. I explained that my natural nails are incredibly thin and break easily so we came up with a plan for something different than what I normally got in Pittsburgh which was dipped powder. He recommended we do acrylic overlay with a gel color so we would not have to drill or soak the dip powder off every two weeks like I normally did. This way we can just fill the regrowth and still change the color all the while letting my natural nails grow. I also received a pedicure which was so relaxing and fabulous. Brandon did not rush me and was extremely gentle and took great attention to all of his services. The entire staff made me feel welcome and were very kind and funny and friendly. I will...
