Disappointed and unprofessional. The first time I call to make an appointment, the secretary told me they call me back to set it up an appointment, I waited for two weeks, and hear nothing from the office then make a second but told me the same thing so I waited again. After3 days later I call again and ask the lady why no one to returns my call, the secretary explains that different people are working on the phone calls but Sara whom I spoke to was more helpful than the last other two girls I spoke to. I finally get the appointment to come to see Mrs. Salter which I was referred by a family member that knows her. At my 10:30 am appointment I fill the form, they asked me to do which I did but what crazy is that they were going to charge me $2 for a mask, so I had to go back to my car to get a mask, thinking that this attorney office is an unbelievable cheap skate that can't offer free mask to their future clients which I kindly thinking maybe I go back to my car again to give my 50 counts new box of masks for their clients for free but my intuition tells me no. So I was waiting to be called to see her, a front desk girl escorted me to a small office to wait and after about 5 minutes a Hispanic woman who she thought she was going to take/go over with my INS case came into the office to ask me what I need so I reply was that my appointment was to speak to Mrs. Erica Salter the attorney especially I requested and attempts 3 times making the appointment with her only. The Hispanic woman left the office without words, now Im looking at the time on my phone and it was 11:05 am I was not going to wait any longer so I went to the front desk and kindly ask for my reimbursement for no services, the $39 fee for the consultation which then the refunds came with their miscommunication between their employees and I'm in the middle of all this was a weird moment cus one employer has to translate for my refund. Then the supervisor came out and she was also confused so I kindly and respectfully had to explain to her. But I do admire the supervisor Mrs. Baker for her professionalism to express my concern and her good gesture by texting me back for a free consultation but in my thoughts, no thank you, in a kindly way. Also, it is nice if they don't think that every client who calls into their office is a Spanish-speaking person or come through that office is a Hispanic client. Please greet any person in English and if they look or sound confused, ok speak Spanish then, I do understand that most employees there are Hispanic, and what if Asian, Jamaican, African, European, etc dont speak Spanish walk-in or call?

The One Empire Building is a place with a long history for me. I have been coming here for a lot of different reasons for as long as I can remember. The Location is Very convenient and it's on a Bus Route. I re started riding the bus each time I have a reason to come here. The only concern I have is there are currently no side walks on the side street leading from the intersection of the bus stop to the office building. I am hoping that will change soon or at least in the near future

I had to take an Exam at Pearson Vue and the staff was top-notch 🌟. They were very detailed, but kind every step of the way. Thanks for customer service. Oh, I passed my Exam!!!!

Not much to say about this building. I'm not a professional real estate agent, so this is in no way an "official" grading, but I would guess that this building is probably considered a B-/C+ property. It was built in 1974 and it shows it. Very little investment has been made to modernize this building, but the office space does seems pretty usable. The building has 6 stories and a total area of nearly 84,000 square feet. Prominent tenants include several immigration law firms, but there are tenants representing many types of businesses. Access from/to major highways (SH183 and IH35E) is accomplished by Empire Cental Dr. There is a deli in the building and plenty of uncovered guest parking adjacent to the building. There is also an attached single-story parking structure which provides over 13,000 square feet of covered parking. Building ownership changed hands in 2024. It was owned by a California company from 2016-2024. The current owner is Americorp LLC....
