I wish i was able to go less than 1 star, but I wanted to make people aware - this company is FRAUDULENT. I work for a property that does seasonal hotel business (May-Aug), we have never signed up with Onyx, but constantly receive invoices for "apparent bookings" that are taking place outside of our hotel season when we do ZERO hotel bookings. And its even more hilarious, because they send the invoice every couple of months, which I ignore EVERYTIME. But the previous "unpaid bookings" are gone each time, with new bookings and costs in their place, but again for periods that we are not even open for business. Also if you notice when looking through their reviews, the only 5 star reviews are from their "staff". I have also reported them to the Better Business Bureau, and the FBI's commercial fraud department - I encourage anyone who receives an "invoice" from ONYX to do the same. They REQUIRE you fill out all these forms on their archaic website that DOES NOT WORK then hold your money and refuse to pay you.

They never provide any proof of mandate and authorization to act as commission recovery agents for the travel agents.
