So we wanted to get the big into ENERGY la bubu monster waited five hours Friday since five in the morning people bought these plush pendants by the bundles of six so they were sold out by the time it came to be our turn. We just wanted one the manager Kennedy was so rude and treated us like she had gold in that store. I as a customer wanted to purchase something different stepped out of the store for a moment but my daughter who is 12 didn’t she was ready to check out and I was the guardian with payment card. The manager Kennedy would not let me come back in to pay for the merchandise even though I explained to her that my 12-year-old doesn’t know how to use a debit card. I didn’t see the harm, but she was so uptight that she made me feel like she was refusing me. Service embarrassed me in front of people, and I had to stand outside the store trying to talk through the glass to my daughter on how to use the payment card. And then she was just telling my daughter just to swipe the card without telling her the amount she was charging. This is the first and last time I will go through this experience it was hell. And Kennedy, as a manager does not make things better she made things worse the worst experience ever...

Read moreI was really excited to visit this Pop Mart today (8/2), but the experience left a lot to be desired. I asked one employee if they carried Sonny Angels, and she bluntly responded, “We don’t carry those”—verbatim. No friendliness, no eye contact, just flat and dismissive.
Then I went over to the Labubu section and asked another employee if they were sold out. She said “They’re sold out and—” then grabbed a sign that had been facing away from me, held it up to my face, and said, “And we only do online pickup.” No smile, no warmth—just cold delivery.
