The only time I used it was when I bought it, I walk around the mall & put it back in its box when i got back at the hotel. It stayed there until I found out the tear lately. Not their fault. I didnāt check. I usually donāt check when buying lux. Itās been 3 weeks now, The SA whoās handling my case, just sent me a msg to let me know that Iām getting a store credit. No explanation why thereās no offer for repair. I asked, itās been 4 days now, no answer. No update what my options are or what should I do next. I am so disappointed with how he handle this. He could pass me to another SA if heās out of office instead of ignoring my queries about my purse. Definitely NOT the right way to handle a paying customer of a Luxury brand. Iāve been an LV customer for more than a decade and have been in the same situation with them, but I was never treated this way by any SA at LV here or abroad. So, you lost a customer.
