AT&T Store — Local services in Dallas

Erwyn! Erwyn! Erwyn! I honestly in all my days have never met someone in the cell phone industry like him. Not only was he top Notch, I could tell all staff that worked there were like him. I have to pass 3 stores to get this one and I will gladly do it every time if it means dealing with these gems!

In fact I went to one of those stores first and was met with such rude and demeaning behavior I had to leave-the whole time I was driving to the new store thinking how terrible it is that customers can be treated this way with no repercussions, playing the interaction over in my mind, etc. I was dreading having to spend my morning at an AT&T store….

And then I met Erwyn. Talk about restoring my faith in humanity!

I was in there for quite a while and watched him countless times treat each person that came in with the utmost respect, attention and patience. I could seriously go on but the bottom line is….

Just bravo bravo bravo on a well...

I just called in a young girl answered barely a whisper and acted like it was a flex to not act like she wanted to help me.

I asked for her name and I told her she was acting she did not want to help me. I asked to speak to someone else. She hung on me !

I had to call back multiple times before I finally got Emily ..I told Emily what happened and she knew exactly who I was speaking of . Emily apologized & shared with me she would speak with her . Emily did give me the information I needed

I don't care how new someone is ! First of all don't answer the phone if all you know how to do is whisper ! Thank people for choosing AT&T Act happy to be at work ! Unacceptable!!!! Beyond Unacceptable! Uncouth Unprofessional

0 stars. Showed up on 9/16 at 7:20 pm. They had the doors locked and there were two people inside hunched over their iphones with airpods in. The lady looked up at me and did a throat cut sign indicating that they were closed. The AT&T website says they are open until 8. Google says the verizon store next door is open until 8 and they were still assisting customers and letting them in their store. I hope a manager looks into the two individuals that were in the store doing nothing but stealing time.

Edit: Asked me to e-mail them (see response from the owner) and I did. They never responded....
