I was approached by an under cover security guy at whole foods he was unfriendly and very aggressive he asked me not sample any mixed nuts , I said I didn't know that it was against store policy ! I asked to see in writing that policy he Kinda changed his attitude towards more frustration ! Whole foods has changed since Amazon purchased the company , employees attitude lacks hospitality and customer service ، just the other day I was at the customer service desk waiting for someone to help me , this sweaty angry girl rushed by me without returning my greetings , I said , I said hello and you didn't even answer me back , she ignored me completely , I said why the bad attitude she said that she was pushing carts outside and she's tired , I said are you doing this for free ? She continued her rudeness without apology , Amazon is a giant that has no soul . I wish whole foods post their policy to avoid...

Preston Village is one of my go-to shopping centers in Dallas. The location is super convenient, and they’ve recently redone the parking lot, which now looks fresh and smooth—definitely a nice upgrade that makes parking and driving around easier.

I frequently shop at Whole Foods here for groceries and stop by Ulta for beauty essentials. There used to be a Pei Wei I liked, but it's now been replaced by Oishi Eatery, which brings a different flavor to the area. On both sides of the road, there are even more shops, services, and plenty of places to eat, so you’re never short on options.

This whole foods follows the required covid guidelines providing masks to those who forgot one, I saw this as an added bonus. Hand sanitizer and gloves in 3 sizes were offered at the entrance. The store was a bit crowded, but it was the weekend. Staff was busy stocking items and everything seemed fresh and varieties of fresh, frozen, and ready made items were in abundance. People were picking up Amazon orders and staff were filling orders but everything seemed to flow. Quick checkout time and love the Amazon discount...
