The Bar Method — Local services in Dallas

Having just joined Bar Method a week ago I really love the structure and workouts along with personal attention from taking the classes.

Previously, I was going to Pure Barre and was struggling with some of the workouts.

I am so glad I found Bar Method, having worked out in the past with exercise kinesiolgists, I feel more comfortable knowing that the workouts are designed by physical therapists.

The instructors are very hands on to correct your form, they are very friendly and helpful with questions as well as support. I am looking forward to seeing results...
