Come for the team spirit, stay for the staff… if you can afford to breathe in here.
Needed a going-away gift for my little cousin, so I ran into Rally House because they never disappoint when it comes to collegiate and city pride. You want a shirt with your alma mater on it? They’ve got you. Want a koozie, a tumbler, and a throw blanket that scream “I love this town” louder than a tailgate dad at 7am? They’ve got those too.
Here’s the thing, though- $90 golf shirts for kids who still have to be reminded to wipe their mouths? The audacity. The nerve. The boldness. Somewhere, a toddler is wearing a shirt worth my grocery bill and doesn’t even know it. If I could deduct half a star for pricing, I would.
That said- the customer service was on point! Warm welcomes. Knowledgeable without being pushy. And somehow, it wasn’t chaos central, even on tax-free weekend. That’s sorcery. The staff alone could convince me to come back, wallet trembling and all.
✅ Collegiate & city pride galore ✅ Staff that deserves a standing ovation ✅ Surprisingly calm during peak shopping madness
❌ Prices that could pay a utility bill ❌ Small children do not deserve solos and onesies worth more than an electric company credits for solar power

Fast forward to my recent visit. I only wanted/needed one long sleeve T-shirt and I found what I was looking for. I would have given you five stars had that particular store had a medium in stock as opposed to a large. I know: you could probably have checked with another store and then sent a medium to me but I was an impulse buyer and I left happily with the large.
I'll always enjoy shopping Rally House when I come to...
Read moreI returned a pair of pajamas because they were too small for my grandson. The same day that I returned them I found another pair in my mailbox. I called Rally House and was told that I had only bought one pair and I would receive a reimbursement when they were returned. I didn't know what to do with the extra pair so I sent them back to you but I didn't have a return slip (there was nothing at all in the bag with the pajamas) so I had to pay for the shipping. I have received notification that you got the pajamas and there is a refund but I don't know what to do about the second pair that just appeared????? It has been charged to me and I had to pay to send it back to...
