PAYTONS LEVEL OF SERVICE WAS HORRIBLE I CAME IN AND GAVE A ENTHUSIASTIC WARM WELCOME LIKE I ALWAYS DO WHEN I COME IN...SHE BARELY ACKNOWLEDGED ME AND HAD A STANK LOOK ON HER FACE AND WHEN I ASKED HER TO LOOK AT TWO OR THREE DIFFERENT GRAMS OF FLOWER SHE SAID SPECIFICALLY "I AM NOT DOING ALL OF THAT" & AFTERWARDS HAD A HUGE BACK AND FORTH ARGUMENT WITH ME..I COULDN'T BELIEVE IT AND IT SHOCKED ME BECAUSE NO OTHER EMPLOYEE OUT OF ALL OF THE LOCATIONS NEVER HAVE BEEN RUDE TO ME OH WAIT YOU KNOW WHAT LEXI AT THE PLANO LOCATION HAS ALWAYS BEEN RUDE TOO FOR NO APPARENT REASON JUST LIKE PAYTON BUT SHE MIGHT HAVE GOTTEN FIRED ALREADY I DONT SEE HER AS OFTEN WHICH WOULD BE HER KARMA!! PAYTON MADE ME FEEL LIKE I WASNT A LOYAL CUSTOMER SHE MADE ME FEEL UNDESERVING WHEN I KNOW I SPEND A LOT OF MONEY WITH THIS COMPANY!! This has to be one of the worst locations and I love puff love . I come here because it’s closer to my job, but the experience was incredibly disappointing.

When I walked in, I knew I wanted to try a better shisha than the one I normally get because the usual one is too harsh on my throat. I asked the young lady for recommendations and explained that I wanted something with mint. Since I wasn’t wearing my glasses, I couldn’t read the labels myself. Her response was, “I don’t know which one has mint because I don’t understand the labels.”

How can someone work in a hookah store without basic product knowledge or the ability to assist customers effectively?
