I came in between 630am-7am to order my food to go after a long 16hr shift. Waited 2mins to be acknowledged verbally but visibility was immediate. Finally young lady comes from drive thru to front counter takes my order. She didn't greet/thank me even during/after taking my order. I was still looking @ menu bc I don't come in Chikfila often/ know much about menu availability bc my kids normally do the ordering online delivery. Mind you there's no one behind me waiting to order. Soon as she gives me my receipt she says I need you to step over there pointing towards what later observed from standing outside instead of inside was the pickup order sign near entrance door. After saying it she immediately walked away I don't know if she was having a bad day/ was it color of my skin/ just my appearance in security uniform or what but I felt rushed and unwanted as a customer. I've lived and worked in Addison for 9yrs never experienced attitude like this. I wanted to order for kids as well but I was still looking @ menu to see if I would recognize what they normally get & surprise kids but she made it clear my business wasn't appreciated nor was my presence. I also observed next customer come inside acknowledged right away by both expo/drive thru cashier. He stood there talking to expo female while waiting 1-3 mins for his food & left from same place I was asked to move from front counter. I came inside saw my bag w/food already ready with expo female. I've had some really outstanding customer service here numerous times prior to 11/01/21. These two young ladies didn't represent Chik-filA service usually given to me . I'll still be returning but if it's those two I'll remember to get their names nut leave without ordering immediately. I don't like people whom don't smile, greet, or thank you as they do with others & my food wasn't super hot like order was just made. My 1st bad experience @ this location when staff is soooooooooooo much more pleasant make you feel like family no matter...
Read moreWorst customer experience ever!!!!! Will never visit this location again. The staff are super rude and have an attitude that our food is been taken out of their paycheck. Incident that happened with us: We pull up in the drive thru and order 3 Spicy deluxe sandwich’s and 1 regular spicy sandwich. The staff misheard as 4 Spicy deluxe sandwich’s when we arrive at the window we correct them they try to change the order it is all good so far. We get our order and once we move out I check it and it seems like they missed our regular chicken sandwich. We turn around and walk into the restaurant to let them know. The manager checks it and I show him the bill saying we were charged for it but they missed our sandwich and the employee packing up food screams out “They wanted 4 deluxe” the guy that took our order corrected her and told her our original order and mentioned that they had missed out on giving us the regular chicken sandwich . The manager gives the sandwich to us and when we were walking to be seated the same employee that was packing our food passes a comment “Did you check their bags?” Like seriously!! Our group was very upset with that comment we go back to the manager and confront him saying didn’t you check our food bag when we came in and let you know that our regular sandwich was missed. He said yes. Then we let him know that the comment his employee made was very displeasing and not right . It made us upset to an extent that we left the food in front of the manager saying “It’s okay, you can keep your food, we don’t need it” and walked out. It’s not about just a sandwich it’s about after even checking the food bag the employee cannot and should not have made that comment asking if all our bags were checked. We’re weren’t trying to get free food off them . Hope that this location understands that . #badChick-fil-Aexperience @Chick-fil-A Never going...
Read moreI honestly hate to write this review, but it must be mentioned and brought to managements attention. I typically eat at this location because it’s located near my business, but today was an unpleasant experience. My wife and I walked in at around 10:10 to order breakfast, which I always order the same. However there was a petite Hispanic lady with really bad acne who didn’t want to take my order and said in Spanish to another Hispanic male (Uriel) I believe is his name who was sitting having his breakfast (le caigo mal) which means in English “he doesn’t like me”. I’ve never had a bad experience with any of this particular locations staff. Being a black man I could have perceived this as a racist undertone, even my wife, who is Hispanic asked why did she say that? I’ll say this. English is the primary language in America and should always be main language spoken unless you’re helping someone who doesn’t speak it. No employer should allow their staff to speak in their native language while assisting customers unless they’re on their break, just because we don’t look alike doesn’t mean I don’t understand you. The owner/operators of the location seem like really good genuine people, but I would caution my Hispanic employees to be very careful with what they say in their native language, because you don’t know who’s listening or who understands what is being said, while saying it. You should never make the assumption cause I don’t look like you, that I don’t understand what you’re saying. I could easily order my food in Spanish to make the interaction easier, but this isn’t Latin America. I could easily contact my associates at Chick-fil-A corporate and seek to have the young lady fired, but that’s not needed. What the young lady needs to learn is to be careful with her words because the next non Hispanic person who speaks Spanish may not be...
