I came in with a walk in and the front desk staff pointed me to an iPad and told me to look at their options since I hadn’t been before. I told them I wanted to do a gel manicure with a design and they said just to select from their gel manicures. After making the selection, I sat to wait for them to call me back, and I wait for nearly 15 mins before they called my name. The woman asked me if I knew what color I wanted and I told her the colors I had for my design. She got upset and told me I didn’t select the design option for my nails then walked off while I tried to tell her I didn’t know how to. After a few minutes someone from the front desk asked me about the design and told me it would be an extra $20 to have a design with my manicure “plus however much the nail tech thinks your design should be.” It was a simple design and I didn’t have the time to find another nail salon so I told her that was fine. I kept waiting for nearly 20 minutes and during the time they let other walk ins who came in after me go before me. When I started to get up to leave, someone asked what my name was and told me that there was a place for me. My nail tech was nice enough but didn’t have everything ready for the manicure before starting and got up several times during the manicure to get what she needed. I told her I was running out of time and had somewhere I needed to be so I wasn’t able to get the full service of the manicure I requested after my nails were finished. She told me she would let the front desk know so it could be taken off. When I went to pay, they told me that I was being charged the full amount plus another $40 for the design I chose since that’s what my nail tech wanted to charge for the design then they asked me how much I wanted to tip. I was upset but I was in a rush and was already running late so I paid the amount since one of my friends offered to split the cost with me after we canceled our girls day together. I like the design but I didn’t get the shape I wanted for my nails. That’s the reason I’m giving two stars. This place is overpriced and they need to work on...
Read moreBeautiful salon! This was my first time getting my nails done here. I made an appointment for 1:30p on a Saturday. I was running late that day so I called the salon to see if I could come 30 minutes later and the receptionist was really nice about changing my appointment.
The location is kind of tucked away so if you're a first timer I'd highly recommend that you arrive 10-15 minutes before your appointment. I of course arrived 10 minutes late because I couldn't find it. I called the salon again and the receptionist was still nice and guided me to their salon over the phone. They were still able to accommodate me even though I was late.
I love how you can manually select the services that you want on an iPad when you first walk in so there's no confusion about the cost when you check out.
I was immediately seated when I arrived and I was very pleased with my service. I had a prior set soaked off and I got a fresh set of Nexgen/dip powder nails. I wanted a bright cherry red color and Vivian gave me exactly what I asked for, down to the shape and length of nail. I was a little hesitant about the color coming out the shade that I wanted and Vivian was nice enough to dip a fresh nail tip into the powder and showed me what the color would look like.
I asked for anyone that was available, and I'm glad I got Vivian. She had such a pleasant attitude. I only got a manicure and dip set, but since they were really busy when I arrived I had to sit in a pedicure chair. I didn't mind that at all because I was able to take advantage of the chair massage and enjoy my complimentary mimosa. I've never gotten a manicure in addition to a Nexgen nail tip set but I'm so glad I did. She gave me a much needed manicure with paraffin and hot stones. I felt so pampered. The tools she used were clean and sanitized.
I'm glad a friend recommended this place. I will definitely be back for my nails plus a pedicure. I highly recommend you try this place and see for...
Read moreI have been to this nail salon for years. Recently for the past 3 visits my nails come out nothing like I asked for. This recent time I took my mom to get her nails done for the first time ever. She had long nails and asked to have them shaped and polished with gel. I have no idea where the confusion started, but I had a picture showing what exactly she wanted. The nail tech insisted on using acrylic because according to her gel was not going to last. I asked 3 times to please use gel polish. The tech continued to use acrylic. Not only that but she cut my moms nails short. Because of that she ended up having to use an extension nail because she cut one a little too short. All that being said, we were ready to get out of there. When I was in line to pay the front desk lady was eating her plate of food, as I stood there waiting to be checked out she finally turned around and saw me. Immediately she looked annoyed, as if I was disturbing her from eating. She asked for my name and as I gave it to her she called out a phone number and asked me if that was me. I answered no, because the number that she called out was not mine. I then gave her the ticket that the nail tech gives out with the end price on it. I wasn't even done extending my hand to give her the ticket when she immediately said "I don't need that" with such a disgust attitude. A younger gentleman that was behind her with a tablet looked at her with disbelief as how she answered me. At this point I just wanted to pay and leave, I feel like she was annoyed at me, she could not find my account and then asked for the ticket that I had previously tried to hand to her. As I was giving it to her, I said, "I thought you did not need this" and she looked at me with disgust and snatched the ticket away from my hand. I paid and left. I was in shock of what all went down, this was my mom's first nail experience and...
