While you always plan that the fair is going to cost you quite a bit of money, this year the prices were expediently greater than in previous years. Example, bottled water was $2 last year it was $4 this year. Parking (handicapped) last year was $10 this year it was $30. It really seems as though instead of prices going up due to inflation they decided to just blatantly price gouge just because they could. That will probably be our last...

Although it’s a trade mark for the fair, at $14 per person and if your party is less than 4, your seated with strangers, you can’t enjoy the experience because your face to face with strangers! They don’t fill all the baskets, and put up to 6 in the same cart. We had 3 in our group and they put 2 more in! The 2 were comfortable but we were not. This ride is...

The Ferris Wheel is honestly one of the biggest reasons I keep coming back to the State Fair. There’s just something wonderful about the view plus the non terrifying speed that makes it a perfect memory maker and you can take some amazing pics! If you are scared of heights like myself I do recommend going at night. It’s way more enjoyable than during the day when you can see exactly how far up you are.

The experience for me was very satisfying. I didn’t have any expectations and I haven’t been on one prior. So the view was spectacular and everyone was looking happy/cheerful. There was a long waiting line though but once it reached my turn, that pain of long wait in the sun faded away.

The experience for me was very satisfying. I didn’t have any expectations and I haven’t been on one prior. So the view was spectacular and everyone was looking happy/cheerful. There was a long waiting line though but once it reached my turn, that pain of long wait in the sun faded away.
