If I could go get this place negative stars trust me I would !! I went her for a foam party in the summer with some friends and was having a great time inside. I had about 3 drinks at the bar, all three by the way had to be remade because there were bugs floating in them. After my 3rd drink I said I was good and wanted nothing more to drink but the bartender kept trying to feel like pour alcohol down my throat.. Anyway, I go to the bathroom with a friend and come out to wash my hands and the security guard tells me I have to come with her and escorts me out of the club. I would normally not be upset because usually if someone asks you to leave itās for a good reason but the was RACIALLY MOTIVATED! Upon exiting the restroom there were girl screaming an balling their eyes out and even one girl almost laid out on the bathroom floor barley conscious..
The worst part was I was kicked out alone around 1am with no phone or wallet after leaving it with a friend. I was told by security that I could not sit in front of the club and needed to leave... Which I did not want to spend another moment there but I was not going to walk alone after drinking with no money or phone. When I would not leave for that reason alone I was harassed by now not only security but the police officers as well. Once again all while my Caucasian counter part was sitting in front of the club waiting on her friends in the same situation as myself. I will NEVER step foot in the establishment ever again, they are RACIST AND DISGUSTING AS FAR AS THE SECURITY STAFF IS CONCERNED!
Also bartenders will serve whoever no matter how much the customer has drank or how intoxicated the person is canāt be safe. If you drink here just have a safe way home because the bomb factory employees donāt seem to be to...
Ā Ā Ā Read moreOur first visit was for the Caamp concert, and we were so looking forward to it. Unfortunately, it was quite a let down. We bought GA tickets so expected to stand and knew it would be crowded. However, it felt like they oversold or something. Our feet were absolutely crushed by people CONSTANTLY shuffling by (and yes, we were wearing closed-toed shoes). We couldn't go more than 5 seconds without someone jostling between us and shoving into us, despite being fairly far back on the side under the breezeway. Drinks were spilled on me, people were vaping regularly right in our face (since we were packed so close) which isn't allowed indoors, etc. People talked NON-STOP and between that and the acoustics, the sound clarity was AWFUL. Especially for the Blind Pilots- the opener. We literally could not hear them- not their songs or when they spoke. It was just quiet, muffled, ambient noise. I have never been to a concert where you couldn't hear the band! Defeats the purpose!
We eventually moved even further back for Caamp (by the concessions, with the upcoming shows advertised on the TVs ahead of us the whole time) to get away from the vaping and shoving. While we could hear a bit better away from the talking and the overhangs, it was just a terrible vibe and experience from the get go, and we left halfway through. The employees were kind and well-organized (shout out to them for that!), but I am so disappointed we drove 45 minutes and spent over $125 for this to be the outcome. Unfortunately, I would not buy tickets to any show here again, as I get clearer acoustics in the car from Spotify. Such a shame, because the bit I could hear of Caamp was great. I only wish we could get our time...
Ā Ā Ā Read moreI have been to many venues around texas over the past 3 years and all I have to say is this THE NUMBER ONE worst venue I've ever been to. I went to go see Ethel Cain this past weekend (8-24-2025) I loved the show but absolutely HATED the venue so much. The employees denied my disabled friend ADA even though he was visibly disabled and they wouldn't allow him to sit anywhere until he had to (by force) buy us seated balcony tickets despite us having GA Standing because he was worried that there wouldn't any seated options left which he was right. We tried to get him ADA accommodations before hand and even when he finally got seated at the balcony he was met with a very passive aggressive manager. This has been the only venue to have ever denied him any kind of ADA Accommodation. I also saw EMTs running around the ENTIRE night! People were constantly passing out during the show and people say that it was due to exhaustion and dehydration but I don't believe that, especially since the venue has a horrible history of people getting their drinks spiked in the past. The venue also very clearly OVER SOLD TICKETS which caused horrendous overcrowding so much to the point that before Ethel Cain came out they had to tell everybody in GA Standing to take 5 steps back before she came out to avoid crowd crushing which was basically impossible because there was basically no free space left in the GA Standing area. Overall the show was phenomenal but this is one of the WORST venues I've ever been to in my entire life and I only recommend going to this venue if you're ABSOLUTE FAVORITE ARTIST is performing here but even then I almost don't even...
