Probably the worst experience I have had with a company ever. I don't think I've ever dealt with a more unprofessional bunch tbh. Hit them up a couple of weeks ago and they said a tech would be coming. I think the techs name was Mike.. anyways The tech kept saying he was on his way, even texting me maps of him on the way. He never showed up. The next day a guy, Kevin, came and did the worst hanging job I've ever seen. Told me to order some stuff and that he'd be back. I ordered the stuff, texted him. Guy led me on for a few days, lying about being in a car wreck or whatever before ghosting me. I have the text exchanges with these folks. Terrible company. Spend your money elsewhere. I don't even want these folks coming back into my home to fix it because I'm pretty sure they'd just make it worse. I don't even want a refund just to not deal with them. Funny thing is they offer other services I was interested in. Also got a few buddies that I was going to refer them to if they did a good job. I was willing to spend more money with them if they came back and fixed what they did. I hope the 150$ was worth the few grand you lost out on. When I tell you I will go out of my way to tell people not to use this service, I mean it. I intend to bring it up, unsolicited, in casual conversations "Hey if you ever need tv mounting done, whatever you do, don't use TV Mounting Dallas, you'll be better off smashing your new tv with a hammer then entrusting them with your things". Anyways I live by the 'fool me once, shame on you, fool me twice, shame on me' mantra. I was fooled twice. I take responsibility for it. Read moreThis company does not conduct good business nor do they have good techs. I hired the company to install 3 TV’s in my home, I paid for the wires to be hidden. And the wires are not hidden, the tech ran out of supplies or should I say did not come with enough supplies, the tech had to use an extension cord that belonged to me, now I have a blue extension cord on my wall. Completely dissatisfied with job being that the wires were showing. I reached out to the company I spoke with a woman named Amber that insured me that they would get this taken care of and now I’m being Completely ignored by the company. I never asked for any money back, just for the job to be corrected.
Update: the owner of the company saw my review and called me only to be rude and nasty as if money was an issue, for what I wanted! No type of sympathy, just telling me if I wanted this or that it would be extra! mind you the tech didn’t even have supplies on hand before job! So again totally unprofessional company. Don’t waste your time! Spend your money elsewhere!

Read moreSo I found this company online not long after I moved back into my condo after an extended renovation/restoration period. The company rep scheduled a service call for the next day along with a one-hour arrival window. The next day, right on time, Terrence called to let me know he was on the way.
Terrence arrived and went right to work on my two smaller TVs. He connected them to their respective BlueRay devices then connected everything to my WiFi. Then Terrence went to work on the 85” wall mount TV. While he was able to get the universal remote reprogrammed and everything connected to WiFi for streaming. Getting the TV back on the wall required a bit more work because the contractors had moved the tv mount from it’s original place. Terrence fixed the mount placement and with a pair of extra hands remounted the TV. Everything was just right! The only wire left visible was due to my not having a sound bar mount; took care of that with an Amazon order.
All in all, it was a good and reasonable price for the effort; professional and responsive service; and quality work! Am glad I found these folks. And I hope Terrence will be available to install the sound bar...
