Update: there has to be a huge misunderstanding. I stated multiple times over the phone that bag was made by Western Linens as stated on the tag inside. I never once said I bought it at their store and I was very forth coming about that. He couldn’t understand what I was following up about because he was interrupting me and yelling the moment I started speaking. The statement that he was asking me questions to understand is not truthful in the slightest. He never asked why I was calling, but I explained to him that the bag was broken and I was told by Salma I could send pictures and they could let me know how it could be repaired. I am not even asking for a refund I just want to use the bag and the zipper is broken/the bag has 4 zippers on it that all match. I told Salma I would be happy to pay to have it repaired properly by them since I love my bag. All the owner had to do was ask what happened but he chose to be so disrespectful with me the second he answered the phone, WILD behavior for someone who works with the public.
Paid $400 for a bag from here and the zipper broke. They told me it could be fixed then never responded. They do not answer emails or direct messages. I came in and started looking around. I asked what price the cardholders were, guy upfront said $12. I asked if that was the wholesale price?. He responded do you have a Tax ID. I Said yes sir. He then said very rude that i needed to open up an account in order for him to give me wholesale prices. I showed him my tax id and asked for the wholesale price , he refused to give me wholesale price because i needed to open up an account. I asked if he could show me his policy because id never heard of such policy at any of the wholesale stores ive purchased at. As long as i had proof of my tax id, i dont understand why he wouldnt give me the wholesale price of the item i was asking for. So i went to the door to read the policy and all it said was i need a Tax ID in order to purchase wholesale. No where on there did it say i need to open account in order to get prices. Read moreI was very excited to come here. Was trying to for months but couldn’t get the time. I came in and knew exactly what I wanted, the shopkeeper was sort of helpful in that regard. However I was trying to take a couple videos, only helping to promote their business on social media. They were very insecure as I walked in, was asked 4 times where I work and what I do. I had clearly come after work in my labeled work clothes, so they could have just read the shirt. They clearly thought I was just some guy about to open shop across the street or something. But my clothes indicate I’m in a completely different industry. So they told me to strictly put my phone away and don’t take any pictures or videos, were pushing me to leave, following me, watching me with extra peeled eyes.
