Party review—

I hosted my daughters birthday here and I was rather underwhelmed. After purchasing the premium birthday package I felt nickel and dimed through the whole process which is a pet peeve for sure! The ‘party host’ came over 15 minutes after the party started asking if I wanted to add more time in the party room (at $25/15 min) and proceeded to ask me at least 3 more times in the total 90 minute party.

The party ‘host’ is only responsible for set up and clean up—and if that? I’m not really sure. I was under the impression there would be juice and water available for the kids. Beverages for the kids were “provided” please see the picture of an oversized juice that was sent home with me and not set out for the children.

For a party with 20 kids I was offered 2 pizzas, not the 4 I should have gotten with number of guest for my party.

Additionally, many of the arcade machines did not work.

I was told outside food was welcomed, but they did not clarify only in the party room. So if you are like me and won’t stop to eat during your party, don’t expect to be able to sit down and eat while your child continues to play after the party.

Overall, the location is clean and my daughter and her friends had fun at the location.

However, as far as a party is concerned— I was deeply disappointed at the overall experience, cost of the experience for what was provided, and the unwillingness to share information regarding the party. This place was a huge disappointment. I took my 3 year old granddaughter on a quiet Monday afternoon. We paid $25 for her to get in. (Their mandatory socks are included in the price. You can't use your own like in other facilities.) There was a large play area that was dark and my granddaughter was afraid to go in it. You can see in the video I posted that she climbed up the ramp, but then wouldn't go any further. There are many games that you have to pay extra for. Each game is about $1.50 per play. There are many claw machines with toys and stuffies and candy, but again, you have to pay extra for that. There was a small animal train gated off that she wanted to ride. That cost $3, but they only ran it at certain times of the day. We obviously weren't there at the right time because they wouldn't turn it on. I ended up buying some kind of weird troll bouncy ball that she wanted for $3, and she spent most of her time throwing it around and running after it. She sat in a few of the games and pretended to play. She made the most of it, and I'm actually pleasantly proud of her for that. She kept asking why a game wouldn't work, and I told her each time that we had to put money in it. (This grandma isn't rich.) I thought the $5 I paid for her to ride the carousel 🎠 was well worth it. I would definitely choose Kidzklub 1,000 times over billy beez. I had a birthday party for my son at both places and hands down would go with kidzklub for so many reasons. The staff is AMAZING!! So friendly, nice , and professional from the time you walk in to the time you leave. Alex who was our party host was great. She was there every step of the way when I needed something. The party went so smooth from start to finish. Nothing stressful about it. Kidzkkub stuck to the deal and set up the party room with Paw Patrol theme, my son’s choice and has so many other party themes to choose from. (depending on party package) I didn’t have to worry about a thing when it came to the kids. That is how a kids party place should go for your kids. FUN FUN FUN . The party room and entire place was clean , organized, and bathrooms were clean also.
