Toy Park — Attraction in Decatur

Fun park! A great stop when the young kid has had enough of running errands and needs to expel some energy of his own. Lots of trikes and sit on toys to play with. As well as picnic benches to have a snack/lunch at. Swings and slides are a favorite as well. Everything's a little bit dusty, but that's to be expected being it's an outdoor play area. Convenient street parking (free). Seems well maintained. Everyone does their part to keep the park clean. We don't come often but when we do, always find new toys that have been donated...

this was a really interesting place. even though the toys were dirty from being outside that did not stop the fun we had. this was such a unique experience. it’s owned by the church across the street. it had quite a few kids there during our visit. it was nice because we got to test out some of the toys we might end up getting for our kid and determine whether he would like them or not. i wish this type of park was more popular in other areas around other towns and cities. whomever came up with this idea,...

BEWARE: The concept of this park is great. BUT this park can use some maintenance. The toys are extremely dirty full of dirt, most parks we visit around the city never have the amount of dirt on the play toys like this one. And i have never experienced the amount of mosquitoes and flys at parks. My kids had fun but my 1 year had a ton of bites. We go to parks all the time. Someone needs to take better care of this park.
