After taking one of their body positive online courses, I joined the gym and have worked out with both Henley and Abbey as a personal training client. Both of these decisions have been an important part of healing my relationship with my body after years of compulsive excercise and restriction. Clarity gym is amazing! I love how inclusive it is. All the instructors and members are friendly and encouraging. All of the instructors are knowledgeable and professional. I love how every instructor provides options and alternatives to make your workout right for you. They truly mean it when they say this is your time and your workout -do what works for you! Whether it’s yoga, dance, or strength training, the group classes are all amazing and I always leave feeling better than when I walked in. I am not a morning person and never thought I’d go to a 7 am weightlifting club let alone love it and now -I’m hooked. The dance classes are the best stress relief and workout all in one. I cannot say enough about Abbey and her team at Clarity Fitness. First - it is so amazing to have a true body positive gym in Decatur to serve the Intown Atlanta area - the only one in the state of GA!! Clarity's commitment to making fitness accessible to all people - no matter their shape or size or ability is a real breath of fresh air in a world clouded with the wrong messages about body size and health.
