Wow. This is the first Google review I’ve ever left. Didn’t think it’d be for this chain.

Actually the worst “bb.q Chicken” I’ve had so far. Went into this location today. No problems with the guy who took my order. Food came out in its usual time for this chain. But when I drove down the road to eat my food, I realized none of the wings I ordered have crunchy breading. I’ve had this chicken in three different states at various locations. This is the only one that didn’t have the crunchy breading on the outside. Something the chain is known for. It’s literally in every promotion picture. I tried one piece to give it a fair shot. Without breading, the chicken was super dry and the pieces extremely small. I called the restaurant to see if I could bring it back and get a refund or exchange. Anything. Was told there was nothing they could do and that’s just how they make them at this location. I feel like food is too expensive these days to not offer any solution. I was looking forward to a nice meal after a long day delivering other people’s food. It’s just disappointing.

Would not recommend this location. Choose one in another part of Atlanta. Also, there is zero free parking to sit and eat. Only 15 minute for takeout....

The worst food you will ever have please go spend your money anywhere else my food was undercooked the food was so bland and flavorless I thought I had the 2025 covid I spent 81 dollars there and I will never do that again the secret sauce was horrible i had it on the side and on the chicken and it did not taste like anything. The hot Mala wings were even worst I thought I had a sweet hot wing but instead it tasted like water I STRONGLY SUGGEST YOU GO ELSEWHERE AND GET YOUR MONEYS WORTH these positive reviews are fake. My family threw 81 dollars worth of food in the GARBAGE. We could’ve ate at chic fil a for a week spending so much on it . I RATHER HAVE GIVEN THIS MONEY TO A BAD CAUSE THAN TO SPEND IT . Everything is 14.95 and they couldn’t do the rice right how do you have flavorless rice with an egg on it. Despite the positive ratings, our experience here was disappointing. Customer service is lackluster, in fact it felt that the server did not want us there. Walked in and without asking they immediately told us the food prep would take 25 minutes and take out wouldn’t be any different. We just wanted to see the menu! It’s hard to feel unwelcome at a place you’re trying for the first time. Btw the food took maybe 15 minutes. Maybe add some training to your hospitality.

The menu is hard to understand and no explanation of the sauces. For some reason they only sell their sandwiches at lunch. What even are you ordering with a 1/2 or whole chicken? I know what boneless and bone in wings are, just explain what you get with the 1/2 chicken.

The chicken is pretty good and the sauces we ordered were tasty. The secret sauce tastes like apple and baking spices. The honey garlic is balanced, slightly spicy and very garlicky. Galbi is good, very savory, but I’d recommend getting the spicy galbi.

Overall it was a weird experience. I’d encourage the management to get a bit more involved in the customer experience here. It’s a good product but I’d be hesitant to recommend...
