I could not recommend our realtor, Tony Nastri, more highly. He and the Keller Williams team are absolutely fantastic to work with. We used them to purchase our home several years ago and just sold the home with him as well. He is truly a step above any standard realtor that you would find. These are a few of our favorite things about working with Tony:

-Tony’s experience in Realty, especially in the Atlanta area, Is unmatched. We not only had dozens upon dozens of questions for him that he was easily able to answer just from his experience, but when we ran into some truly unique situations in selling our house, he and the team at KW were able to get us solid, trustworthy answers very quickly. -Tony’s knowledge of the real estate market, especially in the East Atlanta area is profound. He’s been working in it for decades and truly knows how to best guide buyers and sellers regarding prices, best time to buy or sell, and best techniques to use in the process. He does all of this while never once telling us whether we should or shouldn’t take an offer, it was always our decision, but he would give advice as to how our situation looked compared to the local market. -Tony truly went above and beyond in the selling of our home. While we were facing a number of personal issues that required a lot of attention, we had great faith that we were always getting great guidance and nothing was being missed by working with Tony. There are few people I work with on a professional or personal level that I would trust like Tony. -He’s always super responsive and quick to answer questions and make sure contracts and deadlines are always met. We never had to worry about a missed opportunity.

I just purchased a home and was super happy to work with Tony Nastri as my real estate agent. I want to highlight his particular style which paired perfectly with my own approach to doing things. Tony is thorough and methodical about walking through every line of a contract and every step of a process. He is perfect for someone looking for a better understanding about the process of home buying. His approach with me was to patiently understand the housing market over the course of several months, and to help me better understand what I was looking for, not just through looking at various homes but going through the process of placing offers on several occasions to see the ways that offers can be adjusted, and also to better understand my own thresholds for how I felt comfortable structuring offers. I've known Tony for many years, so when the time came to downsize and find something all on one floor, to "age in place", I turned to Tony. It took months to find just the right "rancher" , but when we found it, I had to have it. Tony's expertise helped with those negotiations at the height of the sellers market. At nearly the same time, we put our two story home (where we lived for 20+ years ) on the market - it was priced fairly but not "over the top", and was under contract on the 4th day, while other comparable homes in area are still "sitting" while the market and people decide what to do. The real estate market is crazy and stressful and and can change on a dime and you want someone who can give good, sound advice. I also like Tony as a person...his values, his principles align with mine.
