Marshalls — Attraction in Delafield

Love the Store and everything! Deals are great. But! When I come to the register to check out it's the most uncomfortable time for me. Went there couple days ago (and I'm anti social person, I like to be in and out) so on the check out lady ask me If I want apply for credit card they offered, I said no. She asked me like 4 times and I keep telling her I don't want it, not interested, don't have time. Witch she replied " don't you want to save money, If you don't have time it's only take a second "? Like no thank you 4 times from me should be enough. It's not 1st time. but that should consider not being so pushy and make costumers feel uncomfortable like you have to get that...

I had worse service, I m a Senior helping my friend with MS in wheelchair, due to the long line , I asked if we could skip Line and go up to register MGR refused Us ,but Said he would help me with pushing cart. But then I seen him leave register counter and walk to the other side of the store!!! After we checked out over $150.00s I find him Leaving Store to to go home!!! I asked him what the hell is he doing after he said he was going to help Us and walked away? No respect for seniors, no electric carts. I called and spoke with supervisor = not sure if that does any good . No Regard for...

I’ve only ever been to a Marshall's at this location in Delafield. I’ve had a good experience every time I’ve been here. There is always a nice variety of merchandise. Great selection during the holiday shopping season between October through December. Friendly and competent cashiers. Fitting rooms were always clean. The various holiday-themed pajamas they sell for Halloween, Thanksgiving, and Christmas are awesome! There are some lower quality items, but overall I think the quality and prices of the merchandise are good. I have found some really nice things...
