Here is the revised review:
"Wow, what a gem! I recently discovered Campo Juice + Kitchen and it's quickly become my go-to spot for a healthy and delicious breakfast. From the moment I walked in, I knew I was in for a treat. The warm and inviting atmosphere was the perfect setting for a morning meal.
But, oh, the food! It was like a symphony of flavors on my plate. I ordered the Acai Bowl, and let me tell you, it was love at first bite. The combination of fresh fruit, granola, and acai was absolute perfection. And the portion size? Generous, to say the least.
But what really made my experience stand out was the exceptional service from Andrew and his wife. They were warm, welcoming, and genuinely passionate about their business. They took the time to chat with me, share their story, and make me feel like part of the Campo family.
The attention to detail was also impressive - from the beautiful presentation of the dishes to the eco-friendly packaging. It's clear that Andrew and his wife are dedicated to creating a sustainable and healthy oasis in Denver.
In short, Campo Juice + Kitchen is a must-visit for anyone looking for a delicious and nutritious breakfast. The Acai Bowl is a game-changer, and the service from Andrew and his wife is truly exceptional. I'll be back again and again, and I can't wait to try more of their creative and healthy offerings. Read moreThis was my first time at this shop. Just left a hour ago. Person making my meal was soaked in sweat and seemed very tired, upset, and snappy. The shop wasn’t busy. Including me, there were two in store orders and one online order, which I could observe as a customer. The previous customer didn’t get her smoothie until I had gotten my food, which was approximately 20 mins after ordering. I also didn’t appreciate having “Are you ready or what?” snapped at me in a condescending tone while standing at the counter. They also didn’t have anything for kids, and I was told (in the same tone) that they only make what’s in the menu and could not make a grilled cheese, which was fine. It was more the inhospitable service that was appalling rather than the inability to accommodate. But maybe he was detoxing from whatever he took before showing up to work. He did a very meticulous job of putting the food together, placing each cherry tomato in a specific spot, as though he were in a Michelin restaurant (or high, probably just high). The food itself was wonderful. Made perfectly and fresh. Though this is more of a testament of the business itself and speaks nothing to the customer service. I’d definitely come again, though I hope to god that there are different...
Read moreFood = excellent. Customer = not so much. The story: Visited Campo for lunch with a friend of mine who recommended the spot for a great sand-which with healthier options. My friend ordered first, the Turkey Brie (see photo), and the owner, Andrew, informed my friend it would be about 15 minutes. I was up next and ordered the Power Protein Açaí bowl (not photoed, but delicious). Andrew informed me that would be about 7-8 minutes. I asked him if they could make it at the same time that my friend's sandwich was being made since I wanted to eat with him instead of him watching me eat (what I thought to be a reasonable request). Andrew seemed extremely annoyed with the request, responding with "we have a queue and it comes out when it comes out". I told Andrew that I wouldn't mind coming back up and ordering in 8 minutes to help accommodate, to which he replied "I can make it and put in in the fridge/freezer". Andrew overall seemed overwhelmed and frustrated with my request. I even offered to come back and try to line up the 7 minute timeline with the 15 minute timeline and that also seemed to annoy him. Not sure I'll be coming back or...
