Thrill Zone at The Track - Destin — Attraction in Destin

STAY AWAY, over priced, in disrepair, put put course is in disrepair, and stinks of the fish dying in their pond. The real problem here is the staff. Its ran by entitled children. We payed for the go karts on the wood track, we got on them.....then we sat on them parked and running for over 15 mins, when asked what the holdup was a young female worker ran over to me like something was on fire and scolded me telling me that "WE ARE WAITING ON MORE PEOPLE TO COME, IS THAT A PROBLEM?" I replied in saying well i mean how long do we have to wait? Its been 15 mins, i payed, as well as the other 20 people here sitting and waiting. We been on and ready, nobody else in line. She informed me that if i didnt like it to get off, i declined, she walked away finally and went about her way scoffing at other people and shaking her head like she had better things to do. So after waiting all that time they let us loose, it was a 5 minute ride, as we pulled back in to park them this childish female was staring a hole through me, i was making my exit from the kart and she reached up like she was scratching her ear and flipped me the bird lol. I returned the favor....the young lady then ran over to another young lady and i guess she was the manager, also a very young entitled rude female ran up to me to let me know that "YOU MUST LEAVE NOW" ...as i tried to explain that i was mistreated and flipped the bird by her employee, and we were leaving anyway, she just wanted to stand in the parking lot and berate me for flipping her friend the bird. I usually don't give one star reviews, but I genuinely have nothing positive to say about this place. It was overcrowded and way too overpriced. It was confusing to find out where to go to get a card for the arcade. When we finally found it, it was $55/per person, the lowest priced card, that you didn't have to manually load with points. Even if you were to shoot a hole through your wallet, the games they had didn't even look fun. Not to mention, you couldn't even get on them because it was way too crowded! Seriously, they need a limit of how many people are allowed in because it was actually insane. We could barely move through the place. Not to mention, there were children running around everywhere, squealing. My family just cut our losses and went to a different arcade where we had a much...

Pros: It looked like their carts worked. I left before trying because of how I was treated

Cons: The employees were very rude. Blonde headed girl with red work shirt on from 04/19 should learn some manners and also not let patrons try and figure it all out themselves when clearly not sure how to get to the correct spot.

Final Thoughts: Instructions at this place aren’t clear. Signs aren’t really doing much directing. Most staff also seems they can’t be bothered to help confused looking patrons.
