IF I COULD GIVE ZERO STARS I WOULD. Visited with my kids. Evidently their card machine has this lil "glitch" that happens "all the time" per the manager where your card gets charged, it doesn't process fully (supposedly) on their end and they actually expect people to charge their cards a second or 3rd time for the same items you've already been charged for once, and you get to wait 24 hours for it to maybe be returned to you. Sounds like a scam to me. We most definitely will not be back ever again. Kids left with nothing extremely disappointed and my bank account was charged for absolutely nothing. Go elsewhere unless you want your money stolen. I doubt I get mine back but if I do, I will update my review to maybe 2 stars. It's basically like any other tourist souvenir shop, overpriced crap, and clearly something is very wrong with whatever system they use to charge peoples cards. UPDATE, 13 days later- still have not gotten MY MONEY BACK. PENDING CHARGE NEVER FELL OFF LIKE THEY ASSURED ME IT WOULD, and is now fully charged to my account. I've already contacted my bank and the better business bureau. I hope they are investigated and shut down for theft. Especially since I was told by management, "it happens all the time," I'm quite certain they steal alot of money from tourists. They surely...

I've been wanting to stop and see the reef Cobian selection for months since moving down here. Finally did today. The cashier wearing a black shirt with wavy blonde hair... appears in her 40s... very rude to other staff. Only myself and 1 other couple were in the checkout line, after sending the 2nd cashier away once I walked up she became distressed over the wait time and kept calling a guy "Michael" over the radio. She instructed an obviously new employee to search for him (he didn't know who that was) she grew disgusted with him and then when Michael came to the front she belittled him, rolled her eyes and was an embarassing representation for the store, especially infront of all the customers.

Because of how she treated other employees in my presence I will no longer shop here. There are enough other beach stores to pick...

We stopped in during our visit to the overcrowded Destin, FL area (never coming back to Destin). I had not been in such a souvenir shop in 30+ years and thought we should stop in for kicks.

I was surprised at the well-appointed store with neat displays of fun merchandise. I was explaining to my young daughter about souvenir spoons and how they used to be a big thing and my wife ended up buying one for me, more as a joke. I told her I appreciated the souvenir and will have to buy a display case on Amazon for my future collection.

If you are looking for Destin clothing, souvenirs, etc., this is a good place to stop. I will never stop in Destin again as it is too overpopulated and the traffic is a nightmare (Fort Walton Beach has far better beaches and is easier to navigate), but if I do, I may stop in...
