went up to get my iPhone repaired close to when the store was to open guess what nobody there showed up 15 minutes late after I waited around the mall. Then fixed my phone and did not get a receipt when I dropped off the phone to be worked on employee said just come back in 40 minutes, then did not get a paper receipt when it was done stated they were out of paper. Now I'm looking for the email I got from them. Any way the screen was replaced worked good for a few weeks. Then started acting up at the swipe bar to answer phone calls on the iPhone 8 plus. After mulling over what to do decided to open the iPhone myself a loose screw was behind the screen where it had stopped working, I put it back together and unfortunately the damage has already been done now just wondering what to do with the phone.    Read moreI ended up dropping my phone out of my pocket. The screen was smashed to pieces and I was unable to use the phone or the screen. But the phone still rang so I wasn't sure if I can get it fixed or would I need a new phone. Got in touch with iDropped via online for a quote, to see if they would be able to repair the damage (which was completely my fault and clumsiness). I was quoted a reasonable price and decided to have the screen replaced to save my phone and everything that was stored and saved it in. I would recommend iDropped to any and everyone who needs quick screen replacements, charger port issues, buttons, etc. Give them a call with any questions or concerns you may have. So happy I got my phone back. I feel like I got a brand new phone! Thank you so...
Read moreI had gotten the front screen and back replaced for my daughters iPhone 11 due to it being cracked. Then I recalled the young lady at âIdroppedâ saying before I left the store âyou might need a new battery and if you buy one in 30 days itâs half offâ but I dismissed it because we never had an issue with the battery. Itâs just odd that after a fix now my iphone is overheating to the point that my 9 year old daughter asked âmom why is my phone getting so hotâ. We both was puzzled because it just wasnât an...
