Red Beard Coffee — Restaurant in Dodge City

I live on the road, and every place that I travel I look for unique coffee shops for my glorious caffeine addiction.

Today found me in Dodge City, KS.

"Thou shalt" stop at Red Beard Coffee. They are coffee roaster, with an amazing atmosphere at their main store. They also have a kiosk on the north side of town.

As a roaster, I appreciate that they roast their espresso on the lighter side, and it has an incredible depth and clarity of bean flavor. After all, the bean is what makes espresso unique and different.

Having been two hundreds of coffee shops, this place definitely will be one that I would come out of the way to stop in at again.

We had a classic espresso drink and one of their specialty creations. A classic breve, and a "The Mrs."

Highly recommend.

We were on a road trip and just stopped in on a whim because of the cool logo and the name. Imagine my surprise when the guy behind the counter HAD A HUGE RED BEARD. LOL. One of the best consumer experiences of my life, really. #truthinadvertising

The people were friendly, the music relaxing, the atmosphere conducive to working (there's wi-fi!) or chatting with friends.

Not to mention they have EXCELLENT coffee. The Kraken was my favorite, but the Mexican one was good, too. We took two bags of beans home with us (along with a t-shirt and some stickers, yes, we're lifetime fans now). This will be a place to stop every time we visit Dodge City. All around highly...

Went on a road trip to pick up my sister from Kansas and head back to California… stopped in Dodge city to spend the night and woke up looking for breakfast… didn’t seem to find anything that peeked our interest but lucky I found Red Beard!!! The establishment was stunning and had an amazing vibe! It was so cute inside and filled with so much personality! We were all so happy to have ended up at this spot!
