I arrived at the store at approximately 5:40 to pick up a couple fittings. I walked around trying to find what I needed for 15 minutes before I seen someone interested in helping me. He was a younger kid I believe named Jonathan. He was very polite and helpful and tried making sure I got everything I needed. I heard someone say we close in 5 minutes and the doors will lock. I heard a employee tell another â go see what she needs sheâs just walking aroundâ talking about the other customer in the store. Once I had everything I needed it was 6:01 when I got to the cash register the other lady was in front of me. Her receipt that printed was not legible because the printer was out of ink. She asked the cashier Karen if she could get another receipt and was told the ink wouldnât be changed till tomorrow if you want you can get one then âwe are closedâ.
