I WILL ALWAYS COME BACK TO THIS PLACE. If I could give more than 5 stars I would. I don’t see how this place doesn’t have five stars. I am opening my own salon and am a white younger woman, this was my first time ever buying supplies for my place. I needed to buy everything you can think of. I was worried that because I am younger and knew very little about prices and finding places for good deals that people would take advantage of me. I had contacted my manager who is Vietnamese and he suggested I go to another store. I ended up coming to the NailMall, I liked the look of the store from the online pictures on Google. As soon as we walked in we were greeted by a very lovely lady named Helen. At first I was nervous about asking questions but I soon realized that she was all about me getting good quality products at a reasonable price, And also made sure I was getting what I need for the type of services and setting I would be working in. She helped me find every single thing on my list and even took pictures of my list and offered to notify me if she got certain things in. The selection was amazing. Great quality products for amazing prices. She helped me and even gave me pointers and information on saving money on products. On some things I was unsure about like brand or sizes, she offered to give me decent sized samples to try out and told me if I needed more before I planned on coming back to Atlanta to give the store a call and she would ship it to my house. Of course you would have to pay shipping, which I don’t mind at all. She also told me that if I dislike products she Recommended that I could come back and try something different. They also have a record of products you have bought so if you run out you can call and when you go for your next stock up, they will have it for you. This place is absolutely a God send and I appreciate the amazing customer service.

Worst customer service experience I 😒 ever had. I brought my group of future nail technicians to shop and teach about wholesale services to professionals. They get to spend money and ooo and ahhh like all uspros do. I had one pregnant student and she is also a professional career woman witha lot of discrepancy income and other businesses. She wanted to buy high ticket items but because of expecting condition she just couldnot walk she was waddling (that part was a bite funny) but I asked a sales girl if she would assist us, and this chick looked barely back over her shoulder turned to her back to the work of ticketing items with her tagging gun, said hiveme 5mins. Not okay her I come...5mins was turning into 18mins. When I tell you the rudeness she a young asian girl in about 18yrs to 22yrs old gave us no time at all. I mean my student and I ( two EMPOWERED women) looked at each other and I went to gather my students and those of them that overdstood the situation said %#@ this put there purchases back & those that just had to have something got what they wanted we left and I vowed okay watch what the future brings. There are several answered questions/reviews on Google for whether or not this store accepts cosmetology student IDs. The general consensus was YES, so I stopped by to gather materials for my upcoming semester. They very rudely turned me away at the door. They did not even let me get a foot inside, and refused to answer my questions about why their policy online states that I should be able shop there. Additionally, nobody on staff was wearing a mask, which is very unprofessional and dangerous in this day and age. Please don’t support this business, because they post blatant lies online and are generally rude/disrespectful.
