On 6/19/25 @3:53 pm, I stopped at your location to purchase a gallon of unleaded fuel and a cold drink after experiencing a vehicle breakdown. After fueling, I noticed my receipt showed a charge of $3.75 per gallon instead of the posted price of $2.79. Wanting only to bring this to your attention, I approached the cashier politely and explained the discrepancy. I made it clear that I wasn’t requesting a refund — I simply wanted to ensure the issue could be checked and corrected if necessary.

As I was exiting, the cashier (who I later learned was a manager) called me back, waving another receipt and raising her voice, questioning me in front of other customers. Rather than offering clarity or assistance, she was aggressive and disrespectful. Despite my calm explanation, she continued to speak to me in a condescending and dismissive manner.

Another manager then joined in, repeatedly interrupting me with “ma’am” in a loud and forceful tone, instructing me to calm down — even though I had remained composed throughout. I requested to speak privately to de-escalate the situation, but this was denied.

Before I could leave the premises, a security officer approached and, without hearing my side, asked me to leave and informed me I was banned from the property. I also had to request the return of my receipt, which had been taken from me earlier during the exchange.

The entire experience was unnecessarily hostile and humiliating. I left feeling deeply disrespected and concerned about the potential overcharging issue that may be affecting other customers as well.

The parking lot is very big. The only down fall is close to the pumps it has massive potholes!! Im not exaggerating! They are so crazy your truck.and trl will be in some trouble. Also coming in at night you might not be able to see them! Please use caution! The truck stop is nice They have different grab n go food items as well as a burger King! Prices are reasonable also! If you want to go to the casino they offer shuttle service. It just may take a few minutes bc they pick up/drop off at surrounding hotels also so just be a little patient. I really don't see the attraction. I mean there's plenty of parking (dirt). There is a CAT Scale. But other than that it's just average (or slightly below). I think it's fair to say that the Native Americans that work there don't care for most of the drivers. The food is Burger King. I didn't check out the showers. The men's room needed attention. I suppose if you like to gamble this might be a good stop.
