Nails Touch is very good nail salon. And Sarah is amazing, whom I usually go to. However, 2 days ago I called to make a appointment with Sarah at 5:30pm. The man picked up the phone and stated that already booked with someone and then he said Sue will take you so I didn't think anything of it and said ok. Upon my show at the appointment, I sat on Sue table and told please make sure both hands nails are equal and nails look good because I do have to attend two weddings week apart so I want to make it last. She said ok and did do a good job. However messed up two nails so I asked her nicely, " can you please do it again" and she did. And I thanked her. However, while paying for my service, the man was highly rude and said Don't come back because I stressed her out by asking her to fix her mistake. As for me, I was truly disappointed by the man's behavior because one, I'm currently taking care of my mother, who had mouth cancer surgery and is going through radiation and chemo therapy. while working at the bank full time, so I have to make time to get my nails done. I wasn't expecting to be treated disrespected by place I recommend my customers to go get their nails done. I literally pay 50 dollars plus tip for service. For someone paying for service has a right to ask to fix the mistake isn't a big problem. That man put me with Sue. I originally asked for Sarah because she knows how I like my nails... I'm not upset with Sue. I just felt disrespected by the rude man, especially when I'm paying. He's unprofessional. I work at the bank. I would never tell a customer not to come at branch especially if I made a mistake.
I'm truly disappointed the man's rude and disrespecting behavior asking me not to come to get my nails done because I ask the Sue to fix her mistake in a nice manner.
This man is unprofessional, rude and bad at...
Read moreI am so pissed! I tried to give this place another shot, two weeks ago I went in and got a manicure, the color looked sketchy to me like clumpy but I assumed they knew what they were doing, the painted my nails, one day later it was all chipped off (and I don’t work with my hands). I have been trying to grow my nails out forever, I bite them when I am anxious and recently I had been doing so good. I was super open with the woman sue who did them today, I told her I do not want them shaped or shorted, you can do a very light file, (they were already ok) instead 2 seconds later and she took a chunk out, I was upset but stayed silent, the next hand I told her “these are longer on this hand, I do not care, they do not need to match, they do not need to be shaped. She said “ok!” Before I know it she digs right in, now I am back where I started, no whites on my nails(she filed all the whites off my nails and there were whites on every single one when I walked in) I got so upset and walked out. Never again will I go here. The first time I came the person who I think is Susan was very pushy and talked me out of getting an acrylic set for a gel set, in fact she even matched the price and I was so happy. But now I am realizing the people in this salon are pushy, and do not listen to requests. If you have long perfect nails go here, if you have a request or an issue with your nails...
Read moreThe worst salon I ever visited! Extremely unhappy with the services. Would you believe if I said that I just had my pedicure done? I didn't wanna pay anything for this kind of work, because I went to another place to redo it completely. They was asking to pay extra 15$ to fail my feet. It's a part of the pedicure. The cuticle wasn't cut, you can see it my photos. When I said that I am unhappy with the services, the lady started yelling at me! I was planning to do gel manicure also. They started doing it and broke 1 nail. To fix it (to put a drop of glue) she said I have to pay extra 6$! Also, they were cutting dry cuticle without soaking in the water. I asked to bring some water to soak my fingers and the old lady from reception told me that I came to wrong place. After that I left. I said I don't want to pay for the terrible pedicure the whole amount (because I went to redo it right after) and she grabbed my shoulder and start yelling, I gonna have a big bruises tomorrow! This one and 1 more from the begging. When I just set on the pedicure chair, lady hit me with the wooden armrest rushing to close it. If you want to be treated like this, welcome! Otherwise stay as far as you can...
