I don’t usually leave reviews, but I had to take a moment to talk about the amazing customer service I received from Rose at the Marshalls store in Edgewater, NJ. She works in the Home Department, and from the moment I walked in, she truly went above and beyond to help me with everything I needed.
I was shopping for a few things for my home and honestly wasn’t sure what I wanted, but Rose stepped in right away with the kindest attitude. She answered all my questions, gave me great suggestions, and even helped me find items I didn’t even realize I needed until she pointed them out! She really knows her department and made the whole experience smooth and stress-free.
What really stood out was how patient and attentive she was. I never felt rushed or ignored. In fact, I felt like a VIP customer the whole time. Her energy is just so positive and welcoming. Thanks to her help, I even signed up for the Marshalls store card, which I hadn’t even planned on doing, but she made the process so easy and explained everything clearly.
It’s rare to find someone who takes that kind of care in their work these days, and Rose truly deserves to be recognized. If you’re ever shopping at this Marshalls location, definitely stop by the Home section and ask for Rose. She’s simply the best. Thank you again, Rose! You...
Read moreMy experience at this store is horrible. I love going to this store because I live nearby, but for some time now it has been a torment to go to this store. We can't walk because there is a Dominican woman with short white hair who insists that we buy the store card. She tries to get our attention in every way possible. We walk a little, another one comes, another white woman with dark hair, we walk a little more, another blonde Arab woman comes, all trying and forcing us to get this card. This card is the worst card in the United States, the interest rates are very high. I advise you not to get this card, because these women, according to them, their boss, the manager, forces them to insist that the customer get this damn card. The cashiers are also rude with this card. This store is very hateful, unfortunately I have to stop going and other customers will also stop going to this store because of so many inconveniences. This store is also very untidy, in every sector you can't find anything, boxes and tanks of merchandise all over the store, a mess, a horror, there is no order or manager in this store. DON'T GET THIS CARD, THE INTEREST RATES ARE TOO HIGH FOR THESE WOMEN WHO GET THIS CARD...
Read moreSome days are fantastic and other days, not so much. This trip was a draw. Found some Christmas gifts 🎁 which was fantastic. Was trying to look for some clothes for my son. The children's section was so JAMMED with racks of stuff, I couldn't even get through there. The asides were so narrow, I could not browse the tiny portion on the rack applicable to me without being interrupted by other shoppers wanting to pass behind me. I had to circle back multiple times to even look through the stuff. All that hassle to walk away with NOTHING!!! was frustrating for me (not so much for my wallet though). The selection of size 7/8 boys clothes was extremely limited and disappointing. I know it's the holiday season and thus shopping craze, and stores are trying to get the most out of it all. However, an unhappy customer defeats the purpose. If I can not shop in reasonable comfort, I will not be shopping in your store which means another store will be getting my money. Might not mean much if 1 customer walks out of your shop empty handed, but 50 walk out empty-handed? That is a significant amount of money you are not...
