My girlfriends and I came here for brunch on a lovely Saturday. Reservation for dining are required and timed (90 min increments). There are ample free parking spaces. The outdoor space looked comfy, but it was a chill-windy day, so we skipped hanging outside. The interior design and atmosphere were elegantly presented and managed; loved the collections of chandeliers. The first floor had nicely-curated displays for folks to look and gaze around. They could use more signage about navigating the space.
The restaurant is on the third floor, and you can take the stairs or elevator up. Reservation check in and seating was a breeze. The dining area was pretty much at full capacity, but not too congested where you cannot hear each other talking. The restaurant does a good job at creating enough spaces between parties, and there are hand sanitizers at each table for guests to utilize. All staff (hosts and servers) wore masks and gloves at all times.
For three people, we decided to order food for table-sharing. We had the Prosciutto and Delice Board, Shrimp Cocktail, Crispy Artichokes, Burrata, the Parmigiano-Reggiano truffled fries, and prosecco mimosa. My personal favorite was the burrata! The entire combination was perfection, and the basil sauce was phenomenal. In fact, ALL the sauces that accompanied their respective dishes were quite remarkable. The least of my favorites was the crispy artichokes (with thin-sliced sweet potatoes). The dish was crispy, and it had great flavors, but it was very greasy like the oil wasn't drained or pat dry enough. I also would have liked to see more variations for seasonal fruits (that's on me for not asking the server ahead of time). All of these were enough for our party, and we even had to pack some food home. Dining service was impeccable, and food, although not worth the over-priced value, was enjoyable. Overall, it was lovely to spend brunch together and experience the novelty of...
Read moreI've been shopping here for almost two years since building my house, and the design experience has been phenomenal. The manager (who just left), was very good at listening and resolving my design goals, and returning things that simply didn't work in my space.
My interior designer is simply the best, and gives me the personalized experience one would hope for, especially given the price tags of the pieces. But she's gone above and beyond to ensure that my vision comes to life in my home aesthetically, functionally, and artistically. She's been so great to work with.
To date, we've completed my formal dining room, kitchen, dining room, living room, office, and now we're moving upstairs.
The One Major thing to be aware of, not the people at the store's fault, but RH corporate accounting is very antiquated. You're better off bringing cash or a check for the exact amount to complete your purchase transactions because they will preauthorize your card, then the charge will go away, and be recharged once the product is shipped.
What that means is that if you're using your bank card, or any card, there is a chance that they will charge your card TWICE, and it is a terrible process to follow up and get that corrected with your bank, or RH's accounting team. That has happened to me, and it took me ~2 months to get $4,500 back.
Having said this, this isn't enough to take away a star from the design experience from the team at the gallery. They love what they do, and my designer has really given me and my family personalized attention, and my home is beautiful, and it's such a pleasant place to come back to each day...
Read moreI don't think I've ever had a worse experience anywhere. I ordered a dining table from RH, paid for membership, and $500 to ship the table. It was expected for delivery "9/6-9/16" two weeks after I purchased it. I called on the 21st, and costumer service told me that they are unable to give out delivery info, and to wait to hear from the delivery service. Another week went by and I called again, this time I was told the website does give a delivery estimate, but it is actually the shipping dates and that I would be contacted by the delivery company to set up a time for delivery. Two weeks later, I got that call from delivery stating they had my table and to set up a date, an ADDITIONAL two weeks later. Well, it was delivery day and I got a phone call saying it would not be coming after all, it had a small crack when they finally got around to inspecting it, they would send it back and order me a new one. That would not arrive for another 6 weeks. Yikes. I asked if they could expedite it and was told "absolutely not". Needless to say I cancelled my order for a full refund. 7 days later, I got a refund for delivery charges but NOT for the table. Called again, same thing, NO refund. Apologies were made and they said they sent a $200 gift card to buy myself "something nice". Ha! No gift card received, no table received and still waiting on the refund. This company is the worst, and while they seem helpful, I have called RH six times since the beginning to get this...
