We recently had the true pleasure of purchasing a wrist watch as a gift for our son in commemoration of his graduation from law school. After shopping at several other quality-based establishments, we opted to make our purchase at JB Hudson given the clearly evident depth of knowledge, superlative customer service, and commitment to the utmost of quality in their offerings. We worked with Linda Labhard-Sweatt over a period of several months whilst making our decision. Consistently, Linda was gracious, deeply informative, kind, light-hearted yet serious, and NEVER pushy. Linda is not just a salesperson….rather, it is abundantly clear she is a sales PROFESSIONAL. Linda was timely in her responsiveness over texts….she is also delightfully engaging in person, and her persona exudes approachability and the highest of quality as expressed in her conversation, attire, and genuine-ness. Linda is without a doubt an exemplary, dynamic member of the JB Hudson sales team; it is also evident she is dedicated to upholding kindness and sincerity whilst setting the standard for the delivery of 5-star customer service. I came in looking for an engagement ring for my soon to be fiancé and walked out a few weeks later with something that had so much attention to detail and careful thought put into it that I know I would never regret my decision in choosing them!

But what makes JB Hudson is the staff, they always made me feel comfortable and cared for when I entered the store and even encouraged my excitement when it came to the progress of my peice. I worked with both, Sarah who initially explained all the details and things I didn’t even know regarding engagement rings. She explained everything very simply and effectively and was hilarious in the process. As well as Kara who was the best at working with me when it came to finalizing the little details about the peice, she was extrememly responsive and planful throughout the entire process after we decided on the final look.

I will absolutely be returning to JB Hudson in the future for more peices because their quality of staff...

First met Linda, at the Galleria store when i went in to see what I could do about the diamond that had fallen out of my wedding set but that I found again. I really wanted a bigger stone and she presented some options to me. I started thinking about it and realized that with some other expenses coming due, i couldn’t afford to go that route and wasn’t really sure that was what i wanted. To make a long story short, Linda suggested a lab diamond (as had a friend of mine) and i went in and saw Linda again. I was all set to buy a whole new ring when i asked if the stone i liked could be set in my old wedding ring. She asked the jeweller and it was possible. I also had an anniversary ring that had a very small diamond in it and i asked if it was possible to change that out with the original diamond that had been in my wedding ring. Again she checked snd found that could be done. Both my daughter, who was with me the first time, and I were very impressed with Linda from the start.
