Glamour Dogs-Edinburg Grooming Salon, Daycare & Pet Hotel — Attraction in Edinburg

Been going there for 1-1/2 years. They always did a great job until this last time. My puppy's toenails werr jagged, and he endef up snagging the pillow case terribly. I called to let them know and girl who answered chided me for not requesting "grinding". I was shocked by that response, first because i expected an apology and secondly because in all the time they've groomed him no one ever said anything about grinding his nails. I took him over there, and again she attacked me for not requestung the grinding. When I explained I didn't know to do that, she insisted yhat wad the onlyvway to fix the problem, and i needed to pay $5 for that service. She wad more concerned about the $5 than anything else.

You know, I'd say one poor job on 18 months is not a bad record. Things happen, human error, and what not, but to be treated like it was my fault that happened was ridiculous. The girl didn't understand the issue wasn't the $5, it was the principle of it all.

If she had apologized for the error or even explained that the extra charge was due to it being a day later. . .anything. . .but to be accosted for something that wasn't my fault is just plain wrong.

There you have it. Generally great groomers, but customer service at front desk is only friendly if you don't bring up...

Im a first time Shihtzu owner. I took my babygirl 3 days ago for her very first basic grooming & i have to say, they made it such a WONDERFUL first experience for the both of us! ❤️ I knew she was going to be okay the minute i handed her over & she just laid back into his arms. She was just chilling there while he filled out paperwork, usually she cries for me & throws a tantrum with other people lol. Its very hard to trust people with your baby but, she knew she could trust them so i knew i could to. She was bubbly & happy even after her groom. Besides their AMAZING customer service & beautiful Aura/Vibes, Im really impressed with the products they used on her. 3 days later & she still smells really good! I spend $20 on Shampoo on Amazon & the smell fades by the next day but theirs has lasted & im honestly impressed. She had also had allergies that was causing her hair to thin on her head. Today I noticed her allergies healed, & her fur is starting to grow back! She looks fuller today 🥰 My overall experience was a 10/10 & if anybody says otherwise about this place, im convinced you're a Karen. HIGHLY RECOMMEND, WILL MOST DEFINITELY BE...

This was my number one place to come to cause they always did great and made my dog feel very comfortable. This past time I went my dog had just gotten out of quarantine and so he was infested with fleas and ticks. I took off the really big ones before I got there. And they said they would try to take off as much as they could which I was fine with. But when I took him home I realized he didn’t look like he usually does when I take him. His coat wasn’t soft like it usually is, he still smelt a little and they did not try to take off any fleas or ticks. I have a large breed dog and I got the grooming package which is $65 and I added teeth cleaning like always which is an extra $10. So that’s $75. They charged me about $90-$95 which I’m assuming is cause of the infestation. So it sucks that they didn’t try this time and I paid almost $20-$30 extra. Very disappointing.
