While I like the brand customer service is off putting. Yesterday, just 2 days after purchase, I retuned 3 out of 15 items and cashier was asking me why my receipt has red paint on the side (you know that one that you get as a warning for workers that tape going to be out soon). When I explained her the reason she said “no, not true”. Whatever. Then items RFIDs were scanned but she started telling me that one tag is missing, even though her system read it. Eventually she found the tag where it should be, but there was no, even slightest, apology or anything. Then they ask you for a reason, I said I didn’t like it and got the worst look. Gosh, I felt like a criminal there after spending $600 in one day… i hope brand would work on customer service and employees training, so customers feel welcomed...

I went to purchase a few items and had to return it a few days after. The employees who helped me couldn’t care less how anything was handled in the store. Nobody greeted anybody at the cashier. They just pushed people towards the self check out. When I went for a refund the person had to call another manager to put the refund through. When I asked a question regarding coupon usage both of them looked annoyed that I asked and were busy “helping” another customer. The manager’s last words to me? “Call customer service.” No good bye. No thank you. Not that I expect much from people getting paid minimum wage for good customer service but I don’t expect to be treated that way. In the changing room the staff was helping some people with all the shopping ( I mean getting more stuff for them and suggesting n getting more designs for them as if their PA). So the rooms were not getting free so I asked her to check if some rooms on the other side were vacant, then she replied rudely to me saying I should be patient since I have only 1 to try. Later when the queue got very long she went to check and found out that they were vacant.
