I had an incredible experience at Solo Wax, and I can’t help but share my positive feedback. From the moment I stepped foot into the salon, I was greeted by a clean and well-organized space that immediately put me at ease. It was my first time getting waxed, and I had the pleasure of booking my appointment with Dion, who completely won me over with her infectious energy and utmost professionalism.

During my second visit, I was dealing with a slightly more emotional situation as I had excessive facial hair. After realizing that shaving only exacerbated the problem, I made the decision to stop and wore a mask to conceal it. As someone who values presentation in my line of work, this was a concern for me. Initially, I had only booked appointments without including the face waxing service. However, Dion’s incredible kindness and understanding came to my rescue.

When I showed her my face, Dion reassured me and told me not to worry. She immediately made adjustments to my appointment and assured me that everything would be taken care of. Her comforting words and genuine care made me feel so much more comfortable, and any sense of embarrassment quickly faded away. Dion’s exceptional professionalism truly shone through. Once she completed the waxing, I looked at my face and was overwhelmed with emotion, shedding tears of relief and happiness. Dion responded with a warm embrace and provided me with the comfort I needed in that moment.

Not only is Dion an incredibly skilled professional, but she also goes above and beyond to ensure her customers’ satisfaction. She took the time to listen to my concerns and offered valuable recommendations for maintaining my facial care routine. As someone who works in customer service myself, I can confidently say that Dion’s customer service skills are top-notch.

Once again the owners daughter is rude. Girl hush! You're right, I didn't pay $60 cuz I NEVER paid $60 before. I know it’s $45 on wednesday which is why I always go on that day. If I ever go on a different day, I pay the difference. When I went to your location was it NOT A WEDNESDAY??!! U make no sense so by your own statement it should have been $45. If your mom asked Adrianna to waive a fee she should have said so in front of me, so I could know its supposed to be a different price. Learn to be a professional and communicate your prices BEFORE the service not after. I have no problem paying more if I am made aware of this before hand. You can ask Adrianna I always tip VERY well so your little $15 was not the big deal but no one likes to deal with a place that changes prices. I gave you a fair review, Adrianna is the only thing keeping you in business so stay humble. I always tip her $15 -$20 per wax AND I literally gave her a $50 tip for Christmas, so once again learn who you're talking to. If you didn't try to be sneaky with your prices I would have tipped your mom nicely as well. Just for you being rude now im gonna post the horrible eyebrow job your mom did and asked for $20 lol this picture is AFTER she did my brows looks like she did NOTHING! Would you pay for that? When I first started getting brazilian waxes. I started off with the hard wax. That was too harsh for my skin and it hurted way more. I've heard about chocolate brazilian waxes and looked into them. I wanted to try then and searched. I couldn't find any salons that offered this service besides here. I found them going on two years now. Adriana is the best she talks to through it. She's very quick so you don't even feel anything. She makes you feel welcomed and comfortable. She makes sure you forget that you're even getting waxed lol. She leaves you feeling smooth like a baby and tells you want you need to do to prevent any ingrown hairs. It's been about a year since I've been to her. It felt like nothing changed.
