Renaissance Hotel Parking — Local services in Elizabeth

This is the second time I have used this parking for the airport and both were awful experiences. The shuttle proceeded to tell me he couldn’t take me at 4:58am when the shuttle leaves at 5am. After I confronted the fact that they are leaving two minute early, he said if you aren’t back in two minutes I will leave. Running through the parking lot, even though this driver knew that I was there for my reservation, I round the corner to the front at exactly 5:00am and he is pulling away. I waved my arms and not even a stop. The disregard for paying customers AFTER the fact he knew I was there and that I was ON TIME, is distasteful. Other than proximity to airport, this parking facility has nothing to recommend itself. The shuttle service is poor, and NOT staffed to pick up all the passengers waiting with their families and kids at the airport. After waiting for 40 plus minutes one shuttle came to pickup waiting travellers, not everyone could fit in. As a result some people had to wait for almost 90 minutes before they could get to their car late in the night. Close to airport and reasonable pricing for long term. Shuttle comes every 30 min, would be much better experience if correct instructions were provided when booking and 30 min timing provided in advance. Incorrectly state how to retrieve pass and how to get to shuttle once return to hotel. I realize things change but they should keep it updated as traveling is already stressful!
