I was having difficulty placing an order online, so I called the store and reached John, who is the general manager. I explained I was trying to order a certain item for my grandson's birthday party, and I told him his store is the only one within a reasonable distance who had the item... and it showed they only had one left. He was very helpful and caring. He found the item and held it on his desk until I could come get it today or tomorrow. When I arrived today, he brought it to me and we had a nice conversation about being grandparents. He was so kind, friendly, and helpful. Read moreStore wasn’t open on time. Missed my appointment because of this. Whatever associate that was inside the store said he could not let us in because he was the only one in the store and he was waiting for the manager to show up who was 10 minutes late getting to work. Unbelievable.

I and another customer were told to “ call our 1-800 number” with your issue. We were incredulous and finally decided to work the reimbursement issue out between ourselves. It involved purchasing one of your giftcards (which staff could handle) and I really hated to have to give the company any more money.
