On the morning of August 26th, I experienced a deeply troubling interaction with Pharmacist Amanda at CVS. Despite a clear assurance the previous day that my time-sensitive prescription would be ready for pickup at 9:00 AM, I arrived to find it was not. This medication is not one that can be skipped or delayed without serious consequences, and I had relied on the pharmacy’s commitment.
When I sought clarification, Amanda refused to acknowledge the error made by her colleague the day prior. Instead, she deflected responsibility and maintained a dismissive posture—literally keeping her back turned to me while fixated on her computer screen, never once making eye contact. Her demeanor was cold and condescending. She labeled me “entitled” and accused me of being upset simply because I was advocating for a resolution to a mistake that had now occurred two days in a row.
The way she spoke to me was dehumanizing. I was belittled, gaslit, and treated with a level of disrespect that no customer should ever endure. I have a video recording of our phone conversation following the encounter, which further illustrates her awful tone and attitude toward customers.

Not even calls from other CVS pharmacies. So if they have already pulled your script for processing, it's an act of God for them to release it so another pharmacy can fill it sooner for you.
Again, just save yourself the stress and anxiety and go...
