I wanted this to be a good experience so bad. Definitely not worth the hype as SOME of the prevous reviews indicated. I scheduled a couples massage requesting Natalia and Julee. Grant it, I've never been serviced by either and stricky went by the reviews for the two. Both were confirmed for our appointment. We arrived and the facility and the aesthetics were really nice. However, I was NOT advised Julee would not be there until AFTER I complained about my service. I scheduled 2 regular Swedish massage for us both. I SPECIFICALLY called and reiterated my expectations to not have a "body rub" but a real relaxing massage that included working the muscles. When we arrived, I reiterated it again and was reassured the experience would be exceptional. My guy had the best massage with Natalia (he snored the entire time) while my massage therapist stretched me, had zero technique and talked too much. This is not what I paid $200 for. In full transparency I asked for the veteran discount and was given 10%. The bottom line is I did not schedule a stretch and learn session for the amount of money I paid. Not a bit of relaxation at all! The worst massage I've ever had. I prompted the front desk about my experience and was reassured management would call me the next day as they had already left. That didn't happen. I had to call them twice. Finally I did get a call back from Tony who offered me 20% off my next visit. Excuse me sir? Who said I was returning? They failed and refused to appropriately deal with the fact I didnt have my requested massage therapist or compensate me for the horrible and subpar "stretch" experience I had paid for. I was not looking for a complete refund but definitely something fair and reasonable other than "I'm sorry" and 20% off my next visit. I was very disappointed. Go at your own risk. Hindshight, the reviews were accurate. Very subpar massage therapists and zero accountability and conflict resolution skills by management to encourage consumers to return especially when they dropped the ball. What a hefty penalty to pay!!!
Edit: Based on their response which is totally untrue and word salad to evade accountability, the therapist asked if she could stretch my upper arm muscle and I agreed. I never consented to a full body stretch in lieu of a massage. Of course, I expressed my concerns after the massage as to not disrupt my partner's experience. I had already made amends that the massage was inadequate. We paid in good faith with no problems over $400. To spin the narrative on the sly by implying I "complained after" allegedly implies I didnt want to pay. I'll have you know I'm not one of those people and it show you lack effective conflict management skills. Woodhouse, be accountable, do better with training and execution and learn to pivot instead...

My husband and I got a couples hour massage at this location. It was my birthday this day and we celebrated and got massages. I told my therapist FOUR times that I wanted just my upper body massaged. Once, on the paperwork that I filled out (I don't think she even looked at) 2. On the consultation before the massage and she shook her head to understand. 3. When she lifted the sheet for my feet. 4. When when she lifted the sheet for my legs. All I was thinking, did she even read my paperwork at ALL?! All I wanted was the UPPER BODY! It felt like I was on repeat during the whole massage. When I laid on my back I felt like she was rushing the whole time and doing the same massage strokes. I spoke and asked her if she could massage my arms and hands again so she wouldnt get bored. She flipped me over for my back and it got WORSE! There are so many muscles in the back that she just kept doing the SAME strokes with the same pressure. And she didn't even massage my lower back. I heard the other massage therapist finalized with my husband and she just slapped some lotion on me and that was it. I even put my head up hoping she would just STOP "massaging" or whatever she was doing. I should of stopped the massage way before and got off the table. In addition, she NEVER asked if the pressure was ok, or if I needed more.
This has to be the WORST massage service I have received, and I have been getting them forever.
When we were leaving to checkout, I asked the front desk how long my therapist has been massaging, they said a couple years but not sure. It seemed like the massage therapist was not educated enough. For how much we paid for the massage service, I would EXPECT more! I would not come back after the service I had.
It has taken me awhile to leave a review, because, I really don't like to leave bad reviews, but this was just something that...
Read moreUPDATE: I’m updating my review because the manager finally reached out and refunded our money for the “VIP room”. He apologized for taking two weeks to respond to an email/call/voicemail. I do appreciate that and understand that things happen, although that’s a very long time. Once I posted a review, I suddenly heard from them. I’ve added a star since they finally refunded our money for the extra room, but because 3 out of the 4 massages were pretty terrible, I’m personally keeping it at 2 stars.
ORIGINAL REVIEW: I don’t leave reviews often but our experience here was so ridiculous that I just had to post one. So many things went wrong, too much for a single post, but here are the highlights. I went here with a group of 4 friends and 3/4 of us had terrible massages. Basically just spreading oil on our bodies, even when we asked for firmer pressure. Outrageous prices for what you get. We had an issue with the “VIP” room (don’t waste your money, it overlooks the gross parking lot, is freezing cold, and employees smoke right outside the window for your viewing pleasure). We asked to speak with ownership and were told they were busy but would get back to us. That was two weeks ago. We have tried 3 times to call and leave messages and have been completely ignored. I’m not convinced there is actually a manager that works here. I’m so appalled by the lack of professionalism, I will never go back and will encourage everyone I know...
