I picked out a tree yesterday on 12/11/21 to be delivered same day between 5-8pm from the location on Rainbow and Blue Diamond. I was told the delivery driver would call me when on the way. No one ever came or even called. I tried calling the number on the website numerous times and no one ever answers. When I leave a message, it says its for Halloween Town. I drove up there at 10:30 am today and the gate was locked with no one in sight. I have know idea what is going on or where my tree is. Is spent $180 and I...

Rudolph's Christmas trees on raindow and warm springs is by far the best tree farm I've ever been too. The service was friendly, the trees are phenomenal, absolutely wonderful staff and they helped me pick out the perfect tree and got it tied down and ready to go before I could blink.
