Brenner's Furniture & Mattress — Attraction in Eugene

I have never had such a horrible customer service experience in all of my life!! I will NEVER shop at Brenner's Furniture or ever recommend them to anyone EVER!! We spent months looking all around town at every store possible and finally found the ones! The salesman Josh was great explaining features and warranties, Layton and I were excited to order and did on 12/10/2016. We were told it would take 4-6 wks to get our furniture, after 7wks I called asking about it and no one could find it. At 8 wks I called again and was told weather delays (which I get due to the ice and snow storms we got) but WHY did they not call and follow up?? So 10 weeks later they deliver only for US (not them) to notice they ordered the wrong loveseat AND the recliner was DEFECTIVE!(all bent and twisted)!!! So made them take it back. Owner calls and offered a discount if we kept the loveseat, I said NO. I want what I ordered, he said ok I will put a rush on it and repair recliner should be 2-3 wks. 4 wks later I CALL AGAIN...where is my furniture? I was told it just shipped today we will have it next week, 2 wks after that I call again! Still NOT here so I said come get the pieces I have and I will take my business elsewhere. Owner says hold on let me check on it and I will get back to you with in the hour. 45min later my phone rings and I'm expecting the owner (NOPE he had his delivery guy call) and said my furniture JUST arrived and they can deliver it tomorrow. I said WOW!! ok but let your boss know it better be triple checked and absolutely PERFECT or I will have you take everything back and will get a full refund. Everything is here and beautiful but again no follow up phone call to see how we like it...It should never take 4 months to get what you ordered with no follow up calls and no...

I’m happy we have a place like Brenner’s in Eugene. I went in to choose and customize a Stanton couch. Carrie was so helpful and patient with me. I think I spent the better part of 4 hours making a final decision on the fabric and pillow designs, and she was more than happy to have me playing with fabrics and provided tons of helpful suggestions along the way. I’m so excited to see my new couch when it arrives!

Edit to Add: pics of my new couch! I LOVE it so much. It’s absolutely gorgeous and the comfiest couch I’ve ever had. Quality is amazing. This is a Stanton 495 2-seat sofa. I couldn’t imagine having a better couch, honestly. 1st picture is with the throw pillows I chose for it, 2nd is my eclectic mix & match throws. I love playing with pillows and color :-) Thanks again Carrie, I love this couch!!!!

Only bummer — the couch wouldn’t fit into my apartment without the guys taking it apart. They worked so hard to ensure we got it in (and in 90+ degree heat to boot). It wasn’t the doorway, but how the patio is shaped at my apartment — there’s an awning that was too low and a railing in the way, so they couldn’t maneuver it in as expected. I never would’ve thought of that, but now I know! I appreciate everything they did to unite me with my new sofa....

My partner and I recently stopped by Brenner's without knowing what we wanted. The salesperson, Lucas, was the first person we'd encountered who actually listened to us --we told him we wanted to browse and maybe get back to him, and he gave us the time and personal space to do just that, only occasionally checking in on us.

That gave us the mental bandwidth to realize that yes, we did love some of Brenner's items, and that we'd like to make purchases. We wound up buying 2 side tables, a mattress, a bed cover, and a table set with two extra chairs Lucas helped us get. It was all incredibly refreshing, relaxing, professional, and slick. We felt like we got a tremendous value on everything.

A few weeks later, the delivery team was just as professional and precise, ensuring --without our prompting-- that the larger items made it inside touching as few doorframes as possible and looking just as amazing as we'd seen in the showroom.

Fantastic service and quality of goods, easily our favorite furniture store in Eugene, we'll absolutely patronize this...
