Stopped to try this place. Walked up to the obviously open food cart to be greeted by nobody. I waited a couple minutes and said hello a couple of times to nothing. As I was walking away, I noticed the ‘tye dyed chef’ standing on the other side of the cart outside, talking on his cell phone. Surely the call could’ve been made inside the cart as to not lose any customers, but apparently the owner prioritizes his phone calls over operating his actual business. 0/10. Do NOT recommend. As much as I DO appreciate a response to my complaint. You literally apologized 3 or 4 times, but those apologies were accompanied by nothing but justification for the incident, which shows what you are truly about. 😷 I could spend the time disputing your claims to justify your actions but it isn’t worth my time, so I’ll simply take my money to a different establishment and will actively encourage others to do the...

Stumbled on this food truck while looking for another! I felt I was stuck for lunch and just had to grab something. Was planning on a burger for dinner but that’s the only think that appealed to me. I asked what condiments were on the burgers and he asked how long I had lived in Eugene! I was a little confused but he quickly told me the story about the sauce he uses on the burgers and how it came from a restaurant no longer in business. Homemade? Can I sub cheddar cheese? I’m in! I chose the side of fries because I’m not a coleslaw lover. Big steak fries! Crispy on the outside, fluffy on the inside. The burger was delicious! The hamburger patty took up most of the bun (hate when there’s too much bun), a slice of onion, that sauce, and lettuce. I asked for no tomatoes and pickles. I ate it at one of the picnic benches outside the truck and managed not to get it on my shirt! ...

The man in tie-dye (Lottie) is super nice and really considerate, the prices are a bargain. I ordered the half french toast and he gave a full order! It was the softest french toast i’ve ever eaten in my life. The vanilla milkshake 16oz is all made by scratch. I had a sore throat today and went for it, usually milkshakes disappoint me since they’re all whipped cream and sugar but it wasn’t like that! it was milk, vanilla, and what I could taste, genuine cream and ice cream? I was energized for the full day of volunteer work downtown, for the nonprofit organization work my family helps run! We sold a lot of food and I owe my energy to this man in tie dye! Thank you sir for being so polite and for the extra food! I promised you a review for being so nice! - Steven, the kid with the pigtails in the school...

The biscuits and gravy was really good and a big serving! Tons of sausage in the gravy and big, flavorful biscuits that didn’t get soggy. The owner was kind while taking and making our order. Also got an Americano and a caramel latte. Enjoyed the coffee flavor, the latte would’ve been better with actual caramel rather than caramel flavored syrup – still liked it. Some of the prices on the menu seem to need updating; the whole order of B&G was listed as $6.75 but I was charged $8. That said, I will buy them again at $8.

I got the Cheeseburger with Bacon and an Overeasy egg with fries. Took maybe 8 minutes to get it, I could hear my fries being fried, and the owner welcomed me and treated me like an old friend. He seems to be a nice and genuine person who actually cares if you like his food. Even went so far as to play music pretty much just for me. The food was as phenomenal as the customer service. Will definitely return and recommend. Here's hoping you get to 5 stars!

Amazing food in downtown Eugene! I’ll definitely be back for more. The chef was incredibly friendly and passionate about his work—it was such a treat to watch him in action while we waited for our food. My boyfriend and I shared a Reuben with fries, and wow... it was absolutely delicious! It was also delightfully messy, so next time I’ll be sure to bring a bib to fully enjoy the feast. This place is worth every bite!
