Peek-A-Boo Delight — Attraction in Eugene

I stopped by Peek-A-Boo Michoacana Delights and was blown away by how fun and flavorful this place is! The shop itself is super colorful and welcoming, with a cozy vibe and plenty of natural light coming in. I ordered a fruit and ice cream cup topped with chamoy, it was absolutely delicious. The mix of sweet, tangy, and spicy flavors was perfect, and the portion was very generous. You can tell they use fresh ingredients, and everything is made with care. The staff was friendly and helpful in explaining all the options (there are so many creative choices here—it’s hard to pick just one!). Ice cream has a texture like the fluffiest shaved ice, due to a very low sugar content. Very delicate flavor and perfect for those who like low sweetness and something more light and refreshing than regular ice cream.

We had the churro split with guanabana (soursop), chocolate persimmon, and coconut. All flavors were so unique and delicious, though quite subtle. The churros were hot and fresh and went nicely with the ice cream.

Honestly the BEST place in town for a refreshing snack!! Hands down the best service I’ve experienced in a really long time, the owner is always so sweet and kind and she makes the ice cream every morning!!!
