My review is not of the sales and staff that support the front. My review is about the SERVICE and REPAIRS. I purchase a Stihl Chain Saw MS250. I also purchased their oil in order to extend the warranty. I took my chainsaw last Friday 6/23/17 to be repair. I paid the 30.00 dollar diagnostics fee and went my way. I called on Thursday 6/29 and ask to speak with the repair person "Mark" he mentioned to me that there was no info in my ticket, understandable mistake, the gal that took the chainsaw in did not write the info, It happens. I gave him the info and then things started to get heated as Mark begins to tell me that my chainsaw looks abuse, operator error, and I begin to get upset listening to Mark blaming me and accusing me of not knowing how to use a chainsaw. I explained to Mark that I read the instructions, that I did just as the manual said, that 2 pulls on choke position and then place it in run and that's how I always do it. A store that have an employee fighting with customer is not smart. Ace has always been in my book the place to shop and that's why I purchased there blowers, chainsaw, edger, etc. Because of their service. BUT this particular store has a MARK working there that does not know how to treat customers. TO THE MANAGER or STORE OWNER... Mark should be sent to customer service classes. Understand that the most valuable asset that a store clerk has should be good friendly customer skills. For Mark to fight and argue with me cause me to write this review... and I will make sure I tell a lot more...

Lovely staff always willing to help and point me in the right direction especially when maintenance is NOT behind me picking out every nut and bolt! I want to give a special shout out to Etta!! This woman took the time to stop whatever she was doing to run over to a register and look up a receipt about a month old for my expense report. I needed a duplicate copy because I had lost the original she got it to me in under five minutes with a smile on her face making me laugh and appreciate the store 100X more thank you. We are very cautious with prices in this economy and after comparing prices weve consistently seen ACE prices are unmatched and no longer need to do comparison.
