Stopped in to buy tobacco tubes and wanted to get a juul so I could try and quit smoking. Tried an e-cigarette and was told Juul were the best. Grabbed my items clerk asked me if that's all and I said no I momentarily forgot the name juul till I saw it displayed. He said he wouldn't sell me the Juul cuz I forgot the name of it. I explained I had bought e cigarette last time and even showed it to him. He said people were buying then for kids and he would not sell it to me because I forgot the name of it. I explained I'm 58 years old and forget things from time to time. Said my kids were 28 and 30 so I didn't need to buy them tobacco. He accused me of buying for kids again and I told him I wasn't buying anything from them ever and left. I have never been so insulted in my life. I had my wallet with ID which was never asked for. My car was right out front empty....no kids wanting vapes in the backseat. Just 2 Carseats for my 4 and 6 year old granddaughter's. I sell alcohol at my job and I am aware of the laws. I can't refuse to sell to someone just because the have trouble remembering the brand of pinot they had for dinner last week at a party. I would probably be fired if I told them I thought they were buying it for a Minor. This guy should be educated in customer service and perhaps fired if he continues to accuse innocent people of breaking the law. Please follow my suggestion and buy anywhere else. I went to another store and spent $55.00 with them. I was treated like a customer there...
Read moreI have been going here regularly for a good while. Alex is amazing! I had a really bad experience at the colerain store and decided to come up to this one. While Alex is fantastic, the manager at this store is awful. Refused me service after driving 30 min to the store just to come up there and buy regularly BECAUSE I WAS ON THE PHONE WITH MY S/O WHO HE KNOWS AND HAS MET SEVERAL TIMES. It’s late and I made it there just in time to be relieved that I still had ample time. Had been looking forward to getting my juice, all day. He was very rude, spoke about a store policy that was not shown to me in writing that if I’m on the phone and say I’m going to get something, he can NO LONGER SERVE ME. He knows who I was on the phone with, he even INCLINED ME to take the phone call and not to worry about it. He told me I could leave his store right now and that he will not be serving me. I’ve never ever had an issue with this place before while being on the phone USING THE SAME WORDS THAT I WILL GET SOMETHING. He was disrespectful in his tone of voice and sounded very illiterate. I am extremely disappointed. My favorite vape store is no longer a place I will be visiting because of his awful attitude and poor service. Read moreAnother Fairfield Vape Store suggested I try this company, and I felt obligated to write a one star review and will be happy to provide receipts and evidence to my claim. Kenny, the first store clerk, sold me a 60 dollar product that was incredibly powerful-- gave a burning sensation that prompted me to return to the store for help. Since Kenny told me he would "take care of me" if there was a problem, I went back to the store an hour later. Kenny was gone, and Alex was the only worker present. At first Alex hinted that they would try to find a more suitable product, and I was incredibly shocked to find that she was directed to offer me a discount on another product but no return.
I spoke with the owner about the experience, and he told me that I was stuck with the product. He also mentioned that he refused to consider a resolution because I was "belligerent." (I played with Alex's dog while I was at the owner's store being "belligerent." Super cute black dog...medium thickness...and wagged its cute tail whenever I used my "belligerent" voice.)
