Vintage Stock — Attraction in Fairview Heights

I had made a purchase that was a vinyl record. I asked the lady what was the return policy and she told me it was 30 days with receipt. Went today within the time she mentioned and the boy there said they can’t return vinyl records because they didn’t know how long it sat in the car with cold temps. I am old enough to know that. I am literally 5 minutes away. I have proof that I took it from my house to the car. It was still factory sealed and with an original receipt. I work in a big box store for 20 years and I even make the customer happy with every thing like it was bought. I have to say this is the worse business and practices. If I was told no return on vinyls do you think I would of bought especially a Xmas gift. No I would not and probably no one else would either. And I have yet had a return phone call to get this matter solved. Beyond disappointed would even give my children the store credit to shop there. Not to mentioned I had t to bother the...

I would like to put a word of warning for anyone interested in buying sports hobby packs in this store.

Not only are the packs extremely overpriced (sometimes double the cost anywhere else) I have a strong suspicion the packs are weighed at this location. I've bought idk how many hobby packs of various products at this place, never hit so much as a numbered card. Obviously I can't prove it, but I'm talking dozens of packs with nothing but base cards. The last time I was in I bought half of a hobby box, each pack was all base. If you've ever opened a Series 1 or 2 hobby, you know how unlikely it is to have nothing but base cards get opened.

I would advise to not buy a hobby pack from this store unless you watch them cut the box open in right in front of you. I've opened enough totally bunk packs that I've lost...

Definite one star rating if you are a seller of books, movies, etc... don't get your hopes up. It is always hit or miss with places like this and I never expect to anything near what I originally paid for my items. However, there is low and there is too low. I brought seven dad's to be appraised. They're all in the original cases and in prestine condition, but they only offered me four dollars for them. It seems They offer you the lowest price of one of dvds you offer basically getting the rest for free. Also,they don't buy books or Audio books despite they're own advertisements online and otherwise, mainly because they're not as popular. Comic book series may stand a chance.

If you're shopping to shop and not to sell, it's at least three stars for a rating. There is a lot of nostalgic items...
